I have had the pleasure of working on a private commission for one of my favorite movies, Wong Kar Wai’ s In the Mood for Love. Curtesy to Lady Lazarus for the beautiful 8 colors silkscreen prints. The metallic gold ink must be seen in person for its full glory!

In 1977 and 1978 Topps, the famous bubble gum trading card company, issued five series of Star Wars trading cards. Each series had 66 cards and 11 stickers, and the backs of the cards contained trivia, puzzles, actor bios, and story summaries.

This fat little book has high quality scans of the fronts and backs of all 330 cards and 55 stickers from the five series. It also comes with a set of four actual trading cards in a plastic pocket glued to the inside back cover. There’s no gum, but if that’s a deal killer, eBay usually has at least one or two complete runs of the cards for $200 or so, including the sticks of nearly 40-year-old gum. – Mark Frauenfelder

Found this accidentally on the web and just loved the clever design of it.  (was searching for HNC - Japanese music artist Hazlenuts Chocolate which Last.FM was recommending to me based on my listening history).  A shame I missed this event!
