and you know what else. why did trevor zegras go live on a sports podcast and when the host said ‘hey man I like your hat’, trevor’s first response was ‘thank you. it’s jimmy’s favorite hat’. and when the host misunderstood this as trevor borrowing one of jamie’s hats, trevor clarified ‘no no it’s still my hat. but jamie likes to see me wear this one. it’s his favorite to see on me. that’s why I wear it.’ and the podcast host was so baffled he didn’t even know how to continue down that line of conversation so he just completely pivoted to a new topic. what was that all about

i’m normal about this

@effervescentwolf published heartfic and, 12 hours later, i had a typeset printed, folded, and pressed. my quickest bind ever, surprisingly, given that i also had to make my own bookcloth for this, but only 4 days between typesetting and casing in! (although, errors, as always.) this copy was partially a trial run and also so i could remember how to case in books (i don't), and so a mutual friend has a physical copy to read. folio sized, made endpapers (marbled paper from hollanders), and my usual DIY cotton fabric + wheat paste + kozo paper bookcloth.

my usual errors... the font for the title is a little finicky, but i also just threw it in cricut to see how it would cut. legible enough for use, also some specks got turned around. my endpapers ended up wrinkled at the hinge, but i also blame my too-wide spine for that (whoops...). however very delighted with the look of my typeset. the next iteration of this is going to me an anthology of wolf's fics, because i love them all.
