Bike Size Matters

However, it’s also important to consider how well the bike suits our physique. Particularly if you're on a road bike, riding a frame that is the wrong size will eventually cause lower back pain. Adjusting a seat post or handlebar won't compensate for the frame. and prone to accidents because of the wrong size of bike.

Cycling is my favorite sports hobby, and I'm happy with it. Last week, my friends and I went biking in San Rafael, Bulacan. We have three mountain bikes (MTB) and two road bikes (RB). Our route is on the Mac Arthur Highway. We go to Biyak na Bato in San Rafael. It is 76 kilometers away from here in Malabon. While we were traveling around Bocaue, I noticed some bikes that didn't fit their bodies. There is a big man, and his bike is small. and I also saw fixie bikes; this bike is dangerous, especially on the road, because it doesn't have brakes. In my mind, what if they have an accident because they are riding the wrong bike? When I came to the town of San Miguel Bulacan, I saw a kid, who owned a road bike (RB), and his bike didn't fit him because it was big. He still has to lower his one leg just to get down safely, which is dangerous. We always go together because we share the same route. What I didn't expect was that he fell off his bike and that his bike hit the side of the car (L300 van). We immediately helped him and told him that his bike was wrong because it was too big for him. The boy said the bike was not his. He said he only lent it to him because he was ordered to buy it by his older brother at the market. I was surprised because the boy almost died because of his brother's laziness. Fortunately, the boy didn't have any broken bones and only minor injuries to his body. About the car that he scratched. only a little bit of scratches. It's a good thing the driver was kind because the boy does not have to pay for his scratches on the van. We got to our destination safely. The caves were beautiful, the rivers were clean, and there were also historical artifacts. My friends and I enjoyed ourselves. After that, we all got home safely, but I still think about what happened to the child.
