Grateful to have had the chance to speak with Governor @kimreynoldsia, and urge her to veto the trans care ban. This bill would strip parents of their right to have the medical standard of care for their kids. It’s government overreach, with legislators interfering in decisions that should be made by families and doctors. I hope the governor will veto this bill, and protect parental rights, something that has been so important to her. I appreciate her listening to me share about our trans family, and our experiences of care that is thoughtful, affirming, competent and healing.
