The magic of Mylar!  I created a stencil of Degas’ Little Dancer Aged 14 out of Mylar and then used different combinations of paints to put together a small collection of paintings.  

I’m going to put this stencil away for a bit to focus on some other pieces but I’m sure I’ll come back to her again in the future.

What do you think of my NYCC BOOTH 1860? 🎊😆 It’s been and insane set up day!! Truck spent 5 hrs waiting in line in the back, then more hours waiting to get the items to my booth and then 6hrs after that we finished!! My lovely helpers Richard and Claire were unbelievable help!! I couldn’t have done it without them, I’d be a curled up ball under a table ha ha ha. 😂 So come visit us @newyorkcomiccon Booth 1860!!! Bell Belle Sheet - Ver. 7-9

Copy + Pasted Description from Ver. 1-3

The Bell Belle line is notable for its maxi sheer skirt, adorned with a specific design that persists through the rest of the outfit. Shoulders are left exposed, neck wrapped with a wide choker, full length gloves, and a pair of high heeled pumps. The Belle is an operatic voice, but is also capable of emitting a range of sound using her voice to create devastating soundwaves and cause extreme ear pain, even hearing loss. She could be considered a modern day siren.

In this set, I have her hair down but slicked on one side while the rest of her hair flows down loosely in waves. The hair looks kind of cool but kind of weird too. The colors though, I love! My scanner tends to diminish the marker and colored pencil detail so even when I try to adjust the color settings, it never seems to recapture what was lost :(

It's a little late at this point in my design process, but I'm thinking it'd be better for the sheer skirt have the design along the side or some other placement. As it is, the minor detail at the knee is kind of jarring. If I do it at the bottom, it gets busy with the shoes.

~INTRODUCTION~

My friend mentioned to me to post my art here on tumblr because he gets much more feedbacks on his art than Instagram and I thought why not!^-^

I draw mostly for fun but I do commissions and I am planning on purchasing an iPad as I use my phone and fingers to draw on my phone.

Lately I have been going to traditional art and I am gonna post all here but I wanted to introduce myself first!

My name is Moon and I am 23 years old, I am inlove with the aesthetics, I love nature and animals (I do not draw animals tho T-T not yet.) I have a dream and I hope I achieve it someday, I don't really have more anything to say but you are welcome to ask me anything!
