These MandM Cookie Bars are a delicious treat for any occasion because they have the chewy texture of cookies and the richness of brownies.
Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup packed light brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup M&M's candies. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract. Gradually add flour and salt to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in M&M's candies and chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. Enjoy!

A delicious low carb twist on traditional taco flavors, this taco pie is hearty, satisfying, and perfect for those following a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 packet taco seasoning make sure it's low carb or make your own. 4 large eggs. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup chopped lettuce. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned and onion is translucent. Drain excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning and simmer for a few minutes. Remove from heat. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper. Grease a pie dish and spread the beef mixture evenly on the bottom. Pour the egg mixture over the beef. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown. Remove from oven and let it cool slightly. Slice and serve topped with lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, and sour cream.
