I have a small love and hate relationship with #running #intervals #uphill. The feeling when you standing on the top, your lungs hanging outside the body and the taste of blood in his mouth is not so fun. You know it's good for you and the feeling when it's over is one of the best in the world. So then the 2017 season has started and what better way to do it than max and laktat tester at @aktivitus The results is going to make the training more qualitative. It's easy to buy new stuff when your old starting to give up. But give it a chance and try to fix them. These 3 year old winter cycling shoes had start to lose the soles. But ... with some glue and a screw through the sole, they can live on. Save money and got some grip on the ice 😉 #diy #fixstuff #handyman

At home sick and feeling down. Sometimes I look at this picture from 2008 to get in a better mood and it helps. This one is frome one of those moments when you leave the trails and found something wounderful. This time we found a tunnel under a #glacier on #Island. Really amazing to walk around in these tunnel and you could se 2m in to the walls of #ice. I want to get out more and do things like this and hope i will soon. 3h later and i got to stand on the podium and third place i the solo category after a really hard battle. Was in the lead out on the last MTB section but took a few wrong turns and the others was very good navigators. A fun and hard day in the sun.
