HI so sorry to get to this anon late!! ❤️ but basically it’s a mix between a mob boss x biker au, don’t wanna give too much away but mav is a biker who races in those illegal dirt bike races at night and so does ice, but ice also doubles as a mob boss. im planning it strictly as a oneshot and there’s like about 5k words ish left but i put it on the backburner to focus on finishing up another au that i shit you not, i have been writing for TWO YEARS ATP (rip) and the latest chapter of cloaked. that’s even without counting in all my other wips…. (ghost goose au…. i promise i still think about you 💔) but since i have a lot of time on my hands rn im hoping to get at least some of it done and posted this month

in addition i sort of started on this football a/b/o icemav au fic LMAOOOO but then i got weirded out and stopped writing it 😭💔💔 self-lubricating holes was my last straw i guess

okay so i've just been made aware of the fact that there's been a massive data extraction done on a03 by AI and a ton of fics were stolen. just checked and literally ALL of mine were :') regardless it seems to have stopped and i'm not locking any of my fics bc i think locking the work doesn't really prevent AI from accessing it anyway.

it's a sucky, sucky feeling to have your work stolen like this. wouldn't wish it on a fellow author. either way i want to make two things clear:

a) no part of any fic i've written so far (especially cloaked in the bruises of our failures, which I'm writing now) has been written with AI. neither am I going to, ever. i've always taken pride in my own writing, i've never needed a machine to do it for me and will never need one

b) i absolutely do not authorise anyone feeding my fic into AI for whatever reason. it's a morally disgusting thing to do and if you do that, you're officially the worst sort of human ever.

i'm not going to lock any of my fics so i seek everyone's co-operation in not doing this nonsense. meanwhile in the next chapter of cloaked, i'll prob update the notes with this warning as well.
