(This is my first time really writing anything for the ol' yellow guy so forgive me if it's a little off!)

So let's get the obvious out of the way. Spongebob is SUPER supportive of you!

He sticks by you when you're feeling gender dysphoria of any kind.

He tends to call you a "handsome man!" and all that cheesy junk honestly.

He has a lot of love languages but his main one is touch. He'll often reach his hand to hold yours at random times. He'll respect your boundaries if needed but generally speaking he's big on touch.

Something cute I can imagine him doing is that if he sees you in a binder or with top scars he calls you manly! He doesn't care what your chest looks like he's a man to you. :]

If you go and eat at the Krusty Krab he'll be distracted at his job for once. He'll lean over the window thing (I forget what it's called) and just sigh as he watches you.

Speaking of Krusty Krab! Squidward and Mr.Krabs probably know some random tidbits about you thanks to Spongebob talking about you A. LOT. In the Krusty Krab you're mainly known as "The Fry Cook's Boyfriend." very good title to have when it comes to your treatment in the establishment.

You're just on his mind often and he cares a lot about you.

Sometimes you'll get random letters in the mail from him, love letters about random things he likes about you. He notices little things about you and he loves those little things.

I can imagine when you first came out to him as Trans!Masc he instantly took to the terms that'd be applied to you.

A different kind of Inkfish (Marina x Octoling!Reader)

You were sitting outside of Crusty Sean's food truck, you stared at the menu as you felt eyes on you. Sweat dripped from your head as you adjusted your hat, making sure your rounded ears couldn't be seen. You were surprised you've gotten away with it for so long. Suddenly, however you saw an Inkling staring at your hair, tilting their head ever so curiously.

"Your hair.." The inkling spoke up. Oh GOD. This is it you're gonna be exposed as an octoling and be sent back it's SO OVER-

"I love how exotic it is!" The inkling smiled "How did you get your suction cups to appear on the outside like that?"

"It's uh.." you felt your throat get dry "It's a species thing."

You weren't TECHICALLY lying.

"OH COOL! Nice to see a squid with cool features! Keep being fresh!" The inkling beamed as they walked off.

You let out a sigh as you placed a drink ticket on the table. With a smile, Sean took your food ticket and got to work. Pressing your back against the food cart, you let out a breath. You could finally relax..

Just then, however you saw as a figure approached you. She had a pair of clunky headphones, cyan fingertips, and a leather jacket. But the thing you INSTANTLY took notice of was the suction cups on the outside of her locks.

You almost fell over in shock and she noticed. Then she noticed the same suction cups on your hair. There was at least a solid minute of you two just staring at each other.. at this that's what it felt like. You had heard of Marina but you never expected to meet her in person.

"Ah! I uh.." Marina scanned over your outfit and noticed a squid sisters pin "A fellow Squid Sisters fan! Fresh! We should totally sit together!" trying to subtly hint something.

You got what she was laying down and proceeded to nod.

You two grabbed your drinks and sat down, a little bit away from the inklings, enough that they wouldn't overhear anything. Marina checked around before looking at you with her emerald eyes.

"Okay so.. you're an octoling, right?" You whispered, pointing at her suction cups.

"YES!" She said with a hint of relief, she fiddled with her headphones.

There was a collective sigh between you two as you slouched your backs a bit. Marina fiddled with her straw, trying to think of what to talk about first.

"It's so nice to meet a fellow octoling!" Marina smiled at you, her fangs showing off in the daylight.

"Me too! It's been so hard just.. lying that I'm a different species of squid." You tapped your hand against your plastic cup, excitedly.

"Do you get people saying your hair looks exotic?" Marina points out.

"ALL. THE TIME." You laughed a bit.

You two exchanged some conversations about being and Octoling and the struggles of having to adjust to inkopolis. You found yourselves with a pair of empty cups, still sitting at the picnic table.

Marina looked at her phone and her eyes widened "Oh ink I gotta dash!". She rubbed the back of her neck, not wanting to stop talking to you.

You nodded "Alright!". You were a little sad that the conversation was ending but it looked like Marina had an idea.

The cyan octoling looked left and right and looked around in her pockets and grabbed a napkin. She then proceeded to get out a pen and wrote.. was that her number?

"Here! It's always nice to talk to a fellow squid sisters fan.." Marina handed you the napkin and winked.

You grabbed the napkin as you watched Marina walk away. As you got up and walked in another direction, you felt less alone in Inkopolis.

I imagine he typically sticks to the slang he's used to, however there's been a few times where he's tried to use modern slang.. it typically does not go well but at least he falls with grace.

When you first let the slang slip Daffy is absolutely confused. He's unsure of what you just said and more importantly: did you just insult him?

bro is flabbergasted. You explain it to him and he's even more confused. But then you say it's modern lingo and he nods.

He starts using modern terms and it's BAD.

He throws around "Based" and "Cringefail" like NOBODIES business. He thinks he's hot shit now. (VERRYYY "how do you do fellow kids")

Eventually he has to be told that he was NOT pulling it off and he hesitantly stopped.

Porky was trying to bake something. Nothing more, nothing less. Then you suddenly call him "A malewife".

You assure him, it's not a negative thing! After you explain he takes it sort of like a complement. He still doesn't fully understand but hey! He's a Malewife I guess!

He'll go up to the others and be like "Y-Ya know! Y/N called me a male wife and I-I-I think that's pretty n-n-n-nea-n-ne..swell!"

He doesn't use any terms himself BUT he does try and ask for you to explain some of them to him.

INSTANTLY after you say the word Marvin is confused to hell in back. What EARTHLING dialect WAS THIS?

"Earthling what on MARS is a BOGOS BINTED???"

You explain to him that it's an internet joke and he's even MORE confused. He paces around trying to think of what exactly to say.

You show him the video and he just kind of stares for a second before squinting at you.

"... Is that EARTH humor?"

You confirm that it is yes. Earth humor.

"Weird."

He then proceeds to walk away, before chuckling to himself.

Wile overhears what you say and puts a hand to his chest.

"My word what.. what WAS that?"

Rinse and repeat, you explain to him and he is utterly baffled.

"Ah this is the modern dialect of the youth. I understand"

He proceeds to talk about how he feels older dialect is much less "Timeless" and such. But he humors you.

He does little laughs whenever you use the terms. You can't tell if it's out of genuine fondness or it's meant to mock you.

Apple Of My Eye (Wally Darling X Reader)

You had moved into Welcome Home a month or so ago, meaning that there were things in the town you were still new to. You smiled to yourself as you walked down the path, seeing the collection of colorful houses. You paused the one in the heart of it all, Home. You could hear a faint hum in the front yard of the house as you began to approach the yard curiously.

You then saw him, Wally Darling, painting. He was humming a song to himself as you watched the strokes of his brush begin to form an image. His droopy eyelids perked up for a second as his welcoming smile remained on his face.

“Oh..Y/N!.. What a surprise!” He said with his gleefully monotone voice.

“Hey Wally!” You wave at him before stepping beside him, you wanted to catch a peek at what he was painting but didn’t want to disrespect him “Can I see what you’re painting so far?”

“Of course..” He scooched to the side, allowing you to catch a glance at the canvas on the easel.

The painting was of an apple tree, baskets surrounding it, there were bits and pieces missing but it was a work in progress after all.

“I feel like it’s missing something..” Wally rubbed his chin in thought as he smiled.

“I think it looks great so far, Wally!” You cheered, clasping your hands together as you stared at the painting. “Maybe you should give it a fence or some background elements.” You stand up straight, rubbing your chin as well.

“I’m sure I’ll figure it out, thanks, Y/N..” He hummed as he kept painting, happy to have company.

“No problem! Well I got to visit Poppy, she’s baking cake and you know how she gets with utensils.” You giggle to yourself as you point with your thumb “I’ll be back after to check the progress!”.

“Tell her I said hi..!” he waved at you as you walked away, he sighed as you did.

He began to hum again as he started painting once more, tapping his foot against the stool legs as he did. He had a bit more cheer in his strokes as he painted as he added a very familiar figure into the painting.

“That was what I was missing..” he said to himself.

-Snorpy respects you being autistic. I feel like he'd really connect with you feeling different from other grumpuses.

-He's also TERRIBLE with tone so he understands that sometimes you just sound monotone.

-Snorpy likes hearing you infodump. He tends to listen to you talk while he's doing chores. He loves the sound of your voice so much.

-Snorpy knows when you're over stimulated and will help you in any way he can. I like to imagine if you joined any of Filbo's parties he'd help you back to his house to calm down.

-It's not often the grumpus lends his hat to people but he noticed that it's become a sort of comfort item for you. He's asked Gramble to make a replica for you.

-Sometimes you two will just sit in bed together, holding your hands as you both talk in depth about random things. Those moments are just.. really soft and good.

A Cat's Comfort (Cat X Reader)

(Sorry this took me so long! I hope you're doing better!)

Cat and Dog laid down on the couch as they spoke. Cat seemed a bit.. concerned about your well being. You weren't back from work yet and he hadn't the slightest idea where you could be!

"I dunno Dog, I mean typically they're home by now.." Cat rested his chin on one of the couch's arms, staring at the door longingly.

Dog yawned "Maybe they just got caught up in traffic, Cat.. they could be okay."

One of Cat's huge flaws was overthinking things, he knew this and he knew it well. His ears flattened.

"You get some rest, I'll keep waiting for them." Cat said, remembering how tired Dog sounded.

"Sure thing, Cat.. As long as you'll be okay on your own.." Dog said, nodding as he almost instantly fell asleep. Classic Dog.

A few minutes after Dog went to sleep Cat saw the door open, his ears perking up and giving the ajar door his full attention. He saw you walk through the door, he could tell you were exhausted.

"Y/N...!" He said, looking back at Dog and saw he was still asleep. He looked back at you and smiled.

Cat scooched back as he allowed you some space on the couch. You sat down next to him and he instinctively rested on your lap.

"Thanks, Cat.. I'm sorry it's just.. it's bean a rough day." You rubbed your forehead, still getting over your stress headache.

"Oh what happened my perfect petunia?" He said trying to cheer you up, he really did come up with the most complicated pet names. It was something you really did love about him.

"It's just been a rough day.." You patted his head as you leaned back in the couch.

Cat let out a long purr as you patted him. You smiled at this, feeling slightly better after hearing his purr.

He noticed you smile and smirked "You know, cat's purrs are known to have a healing property! Just another reason why cats are amazing."

You laughed a bit as he shared this fact, Cat always knew exactly what made you feel better.

"Thanks Cat.." You say as you sigh, continuing to pet him as you look up at the ceiling.

You could finally relax.

Suddenly he saw you and he came bolting towards you, it was like watching a speeding bullet. He ran up next to you as he chuckled to himself. He was eagerly moving his legs next to you as he playfully punched your shoulder.

"Hey sib! what took ya so long?" He walked next to you, much akin to an excited dog.

You sighed "Sorry Jeremey, it's just been a long day.".

Scout caught the vibe and tsked to himself, looking at the ground and then back at you. He nodded as he thought to himself.

"Well luckily you're related to the coolest guy in this squad!.." He chuckled as he tried to keep on moving.

You smirked at him "Oh really? Sniper told me he was pretty cool."

"WHAT!? that guys a freakin liar!" He blurted out, holding his bat.

You laughed out loud as you heard him shout, putting a hand to your mouth. He looked at you laughing and smiled.

"Glad I could make you laugh though, sib." Scout says, gently shoving your shoulder "Chucklehead."

"You're a chuckle head!" you playfully shove him back.

Poly!Snorplo X Reader Headcanons

-Let's be real here both Snorpy and Chandlo thought you were cute before you even approached them to ask them on a date. Snorpy was way less subtle about it, fumbling over his words around you, poking his paws together, etc. Chandlo was less subtle (It is NOT hard to be less subtle than Snorpy TBF) but it was still really obvious he wanted to hang out with you. He'd often try to help you out with his strength, complement you, and other various small acts. They really do care about you.

-Once you start dating Snorpy will often talk to you about various theories. Sometimes he'll even do this while you're cuddling or holding hands. At first he was SUPER flustered about it but now it really only fuels his passion in the conversation.

-Chandlo will often help you around the house, he's a shockingly good cook and makes you and Snorpy breakfast. His building skills also can come in handy. He's made a few crafts before for you as a sign of affection. Still calls you "dude" even while you're dating though, he's very casually affectionate like that.

-There are various types of dates you have as options. If Snorpy is the one planning the date it'll most likely be super over planned, he tends to overthink things a lot. His favorite dates tend to involve going to a theater or a museum. Chandlo on the other hand tends to just go for things like nature walks and various other nature themed activities. Believe it or not Chandlo actually retained some knowledge from Snaxtooth and loves to talk about tree facts.

-If Snorpy isn't home I like to imagine Chandlo just wanting to relax on the couch with you, gently rubbing your shoulder as you two watch something. That or Chandlo will do some work outs, he might ask you to help him out!

-If Chandlo isn't home Snorpy will be working on projects and will want you around. He likes to hear you talk while he works. Your presence is VERY comforting to him. He'll even stop to watch you talk sometimes, just lovingly staring at you. He's a huge dork for you.

A Splatfest Of The Heart (Shiver Vs Frye X Reader)

You were just hanging outside of Crush Station, minding your own business. You had moved to the Splatlands a while ago and you were still getting used to a lot of the customs around here. You were sipping some soda as you sat on the stool. You watched as folks of varying shapes and sizes walked around the street.

Suddenly you saw a few of the Splatlandians look back in shock as someone walked through the crowd. The inkling had yellow hair and long ears. You could see her purple tinted fingers. You recognized this inkling, it was Frye! She appeared to be dressed in a leather jacket and spiky wristbands.

You tilted your head at her before you looked over as another figure emerged from the other side of the street. She was an octoling with blue hair and red fingertips. Shiver, it was Shiver. She also appeared to be dressed like a biker.

You looked.. confused as you looked at the two. Both were inkfish you had known personally but you also knew them as two members of Deepcut, this could be something to advertise the next Splatfest. You sipped your soda at the thought, suddenly noticing the lack of Big Man. Odd. So this wasn't a Splatfest thing. Either way the surrounding crowd seemed pretty jazzed about it.

Suddenly Shiver spoke up "Tch.. nice to know you're not a coward, Frye." she posed, placing her fingers on her forehead, staring daggers at Frye. "Tough talk for the octoling who lost the flavor splatfest." Frye smirked at Shiver. The octoling's face turned bright red "YOU ALSO LOST THE CHOCOLATE SPLATFEST!" "Yeah but I didn't loose the last two splatfests." the inkling responded casually.

"WHATEVER! We're not here to debate splatfests.. our battlefield for today is love.." Shiver announced, crossing her arms. Suddenly you stopped sipping your soda, noticing it was empty. You shook around the empty cup, your eyes locked on it. Looking back at the street you noticed the two Inkfish walk towards you and your heart stopped.

"What in cod is going on..?" you whispered as the idols walked up to your table. Frye placed her hand on the table, smoothly gazing at you. "Heyyy Y/N.. what's cooking good looking?" the inkling purred at you as Shiver rolled her eyes in the background.

"Please. CLEARLY you don't know a thing about romance, Frye." Shiver shoved Frye out of the way, causing you to jolt in shock. You noticed how no one besides you seemed to really react. "My darling Y/N how does the sun shine on you this lovely day~?".

Suddenly you spoke out "Nothing besides utter confusion. What ARE you two doing right now?". Shiver and Frye looked at each other, genuinely shocked.

"You don't know..?" They said in unison. You shook your head, drumming your fingers as you look at them in confusion.

"We're having a rumble!" Frye started. "It's when two inkfishes fall for the same person and they proceed to playfully roughhouse until the winner is decided." Shiver explained, checking her nails. "Don't forget about the delinquent clothes!" Frye brushed off her leather jacket and adjusted her spiked bracelets.

You pause, your face going red as you realized "You both.. are in love with me?". They both nodded, causing you to look at the ground, flustered. "Wow.. that's... wow." You got up "Well I guess I'll have to decide then.." you hummed as you walked down the steps.

Shiver and Frye followed you, much akin to a pair of lost puppies, eagerly waiting to see who you'd choose. You turned back "After I think about it for a few days." you continue. The two inkfishes are left in shock as you walk away.

Suddenly the octoling stands up straight as she lends a hand to Frye "Truce?" the inkling shakes her hand "Truce."

(Sorry this one took so long!)

-Around most others she tends to come off as rather strict. However you know a much softer Diane. She's sweet, kind and considerate.

-She respects the fact you're autistic and makes accommodations for you in lawbot HQ.

-You'd be really surprised how many quiet areas there are in Lawbot that will allow you to calm down after a sensory overload. Typically Diane will be right with you if you need her.

-Diane is a bit of a flirt at times, she will sometimes give you a cute look during meetings. Though these don't happen often due to her wanting to keep focus.

-She likes to read to you fairly often. Typically the books tend to be novels or law books. -Part of autism is typically sticking to a routine. Diane is more than happy to help you with this (She's a woman who loves her routines)

Frye and Shiver had sat on the beach, watching the waves move in and out, the water crashing into the shore. Shiver had her head gently placed on Frye's lap. She let out a happy sigh as Frye slowly stroked Shiver's hair. her eyes were shut as she enjoyed the peace of the moment.

"Where is Y/N?" Shiver opened her eyes "It's.. getting kind of boring despite how nice this is." she looked around, sitting up.

"I dunno! She said she had something important to tell us!" Frye shrugged, beginning to trace her fingers in the sand a bit "We can skip pebbles if you want!" she chirped.

Shiver looked around and suddenly saw a figure in the distance "Oh! Never mind there she is." Shiver pointed at you, a slight smile on her face.

The two cephalopods waved at you, making sure you knew where they were on the beach. You waved back, a chuckle coming from your mouth. You finally made your way to the two, sitting next to them.

"There she is! Missus Y/N herself!" Frye announced as if you were royalty. She proceeded to do a little bow at you.

"You said you wanted to chat?" Shiver spoke up, leaning towards you.

You pause, playing with the sand a bit, unsure of what to start with. You breathe in and out. It's best to just let it flow out.

"I'm trans. Trans femme to be exact." You poke your fingers together as you stare at the two "I know you two already know me AS a girl, I just thought you two should know."

Frye and Shiver look at each other and then at you. "Thanks for telling us, darling." Shiver smiles as she holds your hands. She proceeds to kiss both of your hands.

Frye pops behind you, hugging you from behind "Doesn't matter to us! You're still as beautiful as any diamond OR pearl!".

You smile as the loves of your life cuddle and show you a flurry of affection. You are and always will be, their beautiful girl.

Silent as Star Dust (Autistic Nitros Oxide X Autistic Reader)

(THIS BITCH AGAIN/pos (we are best friends) )

Oxide had just won a race, a rather intense one at that. He stepped out of his kart and began to flap his hands a bit, allowing any excitement to be stimmed out of him. He couldn't really see you anywhere, which was strange due to the fact he remembered you watching him. He rubbed the back of his neck, a bit confused.

"Where in the great galaxy did they go?" he murmured as he walked around, making his way through the small crowd of racers. He then began to slowly notice how noisy the crowd was.

He snarled under his breath a bit, already overwhelmed by the constant muttering of everyone. He stirred on this for a second and realized where exactly you might be. Oxide picked up the pace a bit, skittering around corners and almost tripping a few times as he made his way to the control room.

The control room was surprisingly dim in terms of lighting, Oxide had did this on purpose to help him focus better, it also made it a great place for the both of you to calm down from a sensory overload. Speaking of, he found you curled up in the chair in front of the control panel. He closed the door and stepped over, trying to not get too close.

"Hey uh.." he spoke up, his voice trying to be gentle as possible "Are you.. alright?" he looked over at you. You shake your head and he sighed, not due to annoyance but of guilt.

"I'm sorry that race got to be a lot, Y/N." he looked down at you in the chair "I guess I was just so focused that I just sort of.. didn't notice.". He crouched next to the chair. Oxide wasn't really the best at verbal comfort, in fact he was far from perfect in MOST social situations. He really was trying to be gentle with you though.

As you laid in the chair you then see a quiet hand be offered to you. You gently held it, feeling the texture of Oxide's hand as well as the warmth of it. "You doing better, Y/N?" he tilted his head at you.

"I'm doing better, thanks, Nitros" you whisper as you lean forward and give the ridge of his trunk a light kiss.

He giggles at this, having a hint of that adorable yet shrill voice you're oh so used to. "Good." He sighs as he presses his forehead against yours "I'm glad.".

Raindrops In The Trees (Poly Chainmaker X Autistic!GN!Reader)

The rain fell through the trees, the soft pattering against the stone. You, Misty and Chip were sitting under a gazebo. Originally you had merely come for a meal but it turned more into a relaxing date.

You had put on your headphones long ago, making sure the sound wouldn't overwhelm you. You slowly put your hand out from under the gazebo's shade, allowing a single droplet of rain plop onto your hand.

You shiver a bit, chuckling to yourself, shaking the water off of your hand. It felt nice. It felt safe.

"I'm glad you like the rain, Y/N..." Misty murmured, sitting on one of the benches. She swung her legs, happy to be around both you and Chip.

"Yeah! Thanks for summoning it.. I guess I just like the rain." You chuckle as you turn to Misty.

"I like the rain too." Chip spoke up, sitting next to Misty and gently hugging her from the side. This caused Misty to blush a bit. She subtly leaned a bit into the hug.

You sit next to the two, fidgeting with your hands as you stared at them. You really did love them and they really did love you. You looked back from beyond the gazebo, watching the rain drop against the surrounding forest. It was very visually stimulating for you. Suddenly you look back at Chip and Misty as they hugged eachother.

"Mind if I slide in?" You chuckle, holding your hands together.

"Not at all!" Misty smiles with her eyes as you nudge in between the two. Both Misty and Chip place their heads against the top of your head. Chip was being as careful as ever, making sure none of his blades would hurt you.

"Now you tell me if I accidentally poke you, okay Y/N?" He says, a bit of worry in his voice.

"Of course! I love you two!" you chirp, getting comfortable between the two.

"We love you too..." they both hum as the three of you watch the rain fall.
