once long ago one might have said that gotham was a peaceful city, sure there was crime but what city doesn't have a bit of crime now and then? That was until the wars began between the major crime families of gotham.. now no one is safe. As time passed crime rates sky rocketed. The PD streched as thin as could be. It seemed that was the worst of it until an unknown villian swooped in and murdered Thomas Wayne and Harvey Bullock who was serving as the chief of police. The city grew quiet.. too quiet as Jim Gordon stepped in as chief. It seemed for a second that maybe things were under control.. until other villians with rare abilities started popping up through out the city and caused the gotham power plant to explode. Now with an evacuation of Gothams elite and the death of Falcone Sr, there is more *chaos* than ever...
