Don’t give up making Dua.

“Zakariyya A.S didn’t know how Allah was going to give him an offspring. He still prayed and didn’t give up making dua.

Yunus A.S didn’t know how he would be saved from the belly of a whale. He still prayed and didn’t give up making dua.

She lifted her head from the prayer mat, tears flooded from her eyes at last. A realisation hit her heart, she has no true friend but Allah.

They said, “go where you are valued”.

So I ran back to Allah.

Abu Sa’id al-Khudri reported:

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Learn the Quran and use it to ask Allah for Paradise before people learn it to ask for the world. Verily, the Quran is learned for three reasons: a man who uses it to boast, a man who uses it for his livelihood, and a man who recites it for Allah.”

“Certainly, the believers are those whose hearts are filled with fear when (the name on Allah is mentioned; and when His verses are recited before them, they increase them in faith and in their Lord they place their trust”.

{Quran 8:2}

أَلَا بذكر اللهِ تَطْمَنُّ اٌلْقُلُوبُ

“Verily, in remembrance of Allah do hearts find peace”.

{13:28}

Abu Qatadah reported:

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked about fasting the day of Arafat and he said, “It will expiate the sins of the previous and upcoming years”.

Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported:

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “No good deeds can be done at a time better than these first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah”.

وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَٱتَّقَوْا۟ لَمَثُوبَةٌۭ مِّنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ خَيْرٌۭ ۖ لَّوْ كَانُوا۟ يَعْلَمُونَ ١٠٣

And if that they had believed and feared Allah, surely the reward of from Allah would have been better, if they were to know.

{Quran 2:103}

رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنْزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ

My lord, indeed I am for whatever good you would send down to me, in need

{Quran 28:24}

فَاءِنَّ مَعَ اٌلعُُسرِ يُسرًا

So surely with hardship comes with ease

{Quran 94:5}

إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى اٌلصَّبِٰرُِونَ أَجرَهـُم بِغَيرِ حِسَابٍ

Only those who endure patiently will be given their reward without limit

Surah Az -zumar {39:10}

إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ

It is you we worship and you we ask for help
