I work an office job and it’s advised to stand at least 5 minutes/ hour. For the last little while I’ve decided that instead of standing or walking around for 5 minutes I do one of the following for 5-10 minutes
Yoga
Basic body weight exercises
Jog
My concentration/ sleep has improved and I’m killing a few more calories every hour.

I'm just some person who wants to share what they're doing and maybe throw out some love.
I'm someone who works from home and in the last few months have gotten into fitness. I am overweight but I'm working on it. I love lifting weights, but dread cardio.
Maybe there are some others out there who want to get fit with me ? :D
