I sadly never had a picture of my real father but just know that while I never really knew him, he helped me when I needed it the most. I only knew him till I was 4. Never really knew him til he died in 2010. He was a smart man from what I found out. He was an Army Veteran like me.

Thank you for helping give me the dna building blocks that helped mold me to who I am today.

So Happy Fathers Day to all the great dads out there doing all the great things for their children.

And to those who have lost their dad like me, my heart 💜 is with you in remembrance.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there being all they could be.

This is my mom dancing with me at my wedding. She died 14 years ago and all I think of is how much she instilled in me growing up. She taught me about chivalry, integrity and respect.

She gave me confidence that doing the right thing was always a priority. She taught me to be strong through all the bullying I went through. I never did what was done to me.

She taught me how to become a gentleman. To open doors for others, to react to those who need help. Other than the show Emergency she was largely responsible for me becoming a Paramedic.

She went through so many struggles and conquered them all. She showed me if you work hard you can accomplish anything.

I miss you mom, love you. Thank you for being who you were.

I want to take time to thank all the nurses I have had in the past that has helped take care of me. I want to thank all those nurses I have had an honor working with whether I was a Medic on Cleveland EMS, or the ones I worked with in the emergency departments or while I was an ICU Paramedic at Lakewood Hospital. Thank you for your commitment and your dedication.

Thank you to all the students who will be future nurses. Your sacrifice and dedication will influence the lives of many.
