I’m just on a roll I guess, here’s more Arcee stuff. I hate drawing humans. But it turned out good so it’s fine. Once again, the pose came from a reference on Pinterest. I can draw the actual character, but poses? I'm not creative enough for that 💔.

SO! Arcee info! IIIII don’t really know what to say, just like last time lol. I do a lot better giving information when specific questions are asked. Speaking of which, feel free to ask me whatever! I want to make a short Arcee comic before I move on to the next character, and I think it’d be fun to draw comics as a way to answer questions.

Then again, I understand that I run a very new and very small social media account that doesn't have much interaction.

Though there is something I want to clear up as a sort of ‘fyi:’ this is not an Arcee-based account. She is simply the first character I decided to focus on and introduce to my Transformers Alternative Universe. Next, I will be hosting a poll here, on Instagram, and in my Discord servers to decide the next character I focus on.

Spoiler alert, the options are as follows:

1. Senator Athame of Altihex: an OC of mine who is based on New Orleans Voodoo

2. Blurr of Velocitron: mostly based on 2005 IDW, but with unique ties to Maccadam

3. Commander Elita One of the Forgotten Plains: partially 2005 IDW-based but mostly my own, her story heavily intertwines with Arcee’s

4. Astrotrain of Polyhex: a blank sheet with no specific ideas, other than he his far more loyal to Starscream than he is loyal to Megatron

5. Atomweaver of Iacon: an OC of mine who was rescued from a lab by Head Chancellor Starscream, and totally didn't force Screamer and Jetfire to adopt him through the power of persistence

Hiiiii! Time for more Arcee art, I’m totally not fixated. It’s another pfp for her, but more friendly and sweet than the last one. And, obviously, there's a recolor with her Pride Month colors! :3

More info: this drawing is, obviously, a different style than the last. Rather than lineless, it has lineart. It also has more obvious metallic shading/lighting.

Otherwise, I don't have much to say lol. This took me 7 hours 5 minutes and the pose is based off of some various references on Pinterest. As a commission, this would cost $21 (USD) or 2 months of Discord Nitro + 1 month of Nitro Basic.

Next I’ll be drawing Arcee’s holoform! …Wish me luck? I haven't drawn a human in months, and have never drawn one digitally. Definitely way out of my comfort zone!

Arcee Profile Picture

Below I share the art process, and then I explain some of my Arcee AU stuff. The AU info is after the WIP pictures if anyone wants to skip to that!

So the art gods possessed me and I’m back, this time with something I feel like I have the right to brag about…. IM SO PROUD OF THIS LOL?

Anywho, information on the piece! Of course, this is Arcee. It’s also my first time seriously drawing a humanoid side profile, but I can’t take all the credit. Hours spend scrolling Pinterest for side profile references was a HUGE help, and I wish I could credit all the artists—but Pinterest isn't exactly known for images posted directly by the original artists.

I don't draw painted styles very often, but man it was fun. I tried to make her look more metallic since I struggle with that… didn’t work out as well as I’d hoped. But it’s fine because the painted style still comes through really well.

This drawing took 8 hours 30 minutes, and was done in two sittings. First I got the outline done, then I went to sleep, and then I accidentally spent my entire morning drawing the next day. Whoopsies! Worth it. As a commission, something like this would cost $28 or two months of Discord Nitro + three months of Nitro Basic.

And, finally, my Transformers AU information! My AU is very early in the making, so my canon profiles won't be featuring original characters. When I get around to making OC profiles, their info will likely contradict my canon profiles. Just think of it as two separate universes: one with OCs, one without.

Yeah… it’s safe to say that she isn't lucky in the lover department. Arcee has been canonically hinted to be in so many relationships, it only seemed fitting to make that canon in my AU. But I had to do something semi-unique, so after the war, she ended up with Mirage.

Hello! It’s been a while… but I’m back! I decided to make a design for Arcee in my Transformers AU. It’s been a very long time since I’ve drawn any Transformers characters, and this is actually my first time digitally creating a full drawing of a canon character.

Also! VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION! The alt-mode was traced off of the official Bumblebee Movie Arcee Studio Series action figure concept. I take ZERO credit.

The Arcee design itself was inspired by the BBM design, as well as her IDW2005 design. Her sword design can be credited to my lovely friend tricycle.prime on Instagram.

Some random information, my version of Arcee is, obviously, a wrecker. Her backstory before the war is identical to IDW2005, however, she was forced into induced-stasis after the 13 Primes started to die off and the senate began to take over. Absolutely despising the senate, Arcee began to kill them off—hence the forced stasis.

Millions of years, not long before the Great War, she is found and woken up by Ultra Magnus. Arcee is a fierce, skilled, and rather terrifying combatant. But Magnus teaches her to control her anger, and she’s finally able to be herself: not a slave, not a gladiator; but a kind, sweet, and compassionate bot.

Now, since it is Pride Month, I also made a version of her with her Pride colors...

My version of Arcee is Omniromantic and Transgender! Sorta. Before she was forced into stasis, back in the barbaric age of Cybertron, Arcee had a much more gender-neutral frame. She was also often mistaken for a mech, and tended not to correct people.

Now, those very early days of Cybertron did not have the technology to transfer processors and sparks into brand new frames. This technology would not be perfected until just before they started to construct bots cold.

But Arcee really wanted a more feminine frame. It felt right to her, and she identified with it more. So, she volunteered for an early experiment with frame transfers. The surgery was incomplete and sort of a disaster. All of Arcee’s senses were permanently dialed up to 12, and her emotional stability was thrown haywire.

However, Arcee did not get bent on revenge. Her body dysmophia was extreme, and it never fully goes away, but this version of Arcee’s story is not based on revenge and anger.

Okay, last recolor!

Decepticon Arcee is apart of the Mayhem Attack Squad, the Decepticon answer to the Wreckers. She's mean, ruthless, and doesn't work well—even with other Decepticons. Her backstory is the same, but it was Sentinel Prime who found her tomb and woke her up. He turned her into an assassin, using her rage and gladiator instincts as a way to take out his enemies. Let's just say she didn't appreciate it, and wanted Sentinel dead.

Anyway, next I am drawing a profile picture for Arcee! Whenever I post that, I’ll most likely share her relationships and a bit of her post-war life. Have a good rest of your day/evening/night!

Hello! Time for yet another entry in my genetically accurate Warrior Cats thing. Starting with Dawn of the Clans, I already finished Quiet Rain’s design. Since we never meet her mate, I decided to make her one! I had a lot of freedom considering Gray Wing and his siblings match up with Quiet Rain’s genetics to the point that their father could have looked like pretty much anything.

Just some fun stuff, I decided to make Quiet Rain’s mate pretty much entirely heterozygous. This means he caries different genes on each allele. He is a brown mackerel tabby with the silver gene, and he carries the recessive russet gene for future reasons…. He’s also got the incomplete-dominant ‘Ta’ that results in stripes focused on the legs, face, and tail. Originally he wasn't going to have regular color points, but I sorta forgot while drawing him…so he's got colorpoints now! Luckily Quiet Rain doesn't so their kits can still be solid lol.

Anywho, this tom here doesn't have too much influence on his kits. Fluttering Bird has some of his brown, Jagged Peak his stripes, and Gray Wing his eyes, but that’s all. He is very fluffy with large paws though which will be passed down—but Quiet Rain has the same build since I am giving all mountain cats long hair.

I am by no means an expert, and take many creative liberties. I tend to include lots of mutations and such to make characters as accurate as possible, and I definitely misunderstand lots of the genes lol.

Hello there! I'm doing my own ‘Genetically Accurate Warrior Cats’ thing, but starting with Dawn of the Clans. So here we have my Quiet Rain design! Mother to Gray Wing, Skystar, Jagged Peak, and Fluttering Bird. As the start of the family tree, her design isn't changed. The next design will be my idea of what their father would look like.

Some other info about the design—specifically the genetics—I gave Quiet Rain a dominant mutation represented by ‘Tp.’ It always results in blue eyes and white fur that grows from the nose. She is also carrying the Carnelian gene, a co-dominant allele that results in more brown/golden coloring. You can't see it in her design, but you will in Fluttering Bird since her sprite design in the Warriors wiki is very goldish-brown imo and I thought it would be fun to incorporate.

Oh, Quiet Rain is also silver! It explains her more smoky-gray appearance and allows me to make her not be a tabby. The silver gene only reveals her hidden stripes, which turn into spots due to her high spotting gradient (something that will show up in Jagged Peak). This gene also allows for her son, Gray Wing, to be a smoke. This gene also shows up in her grandkids!

First time drawing Ultra Magnus, and I cannot believe how hard he is to draw. Luckily, my OC Ravenstorm is fairly easy to draw for me so I had lot’s fun with her.

Anywho…this drawing took me 10 hours - the longest I’ve ever spent on a drawing. Yay? I guess? My favorite part was the shading, mostly because I feel like it makes up for Maggy’s wonkyness.
