My first time painting with bleach! I'm open to suggestions for designs!! The material is super light so I don't think I can really do patches or too much hardware so I figured this would be the perfect chance to try it out. Unsure if I want to add any words (I have my other political jacket going still) or if I should just stick to designs even though I'm shit at painting.

Progress on my amalgam battle jacket! Finally past making the damn thing and now I get to decorate!!

Finally done combining my two broken jackets!! Done entirely with dental floss and is superbly comfortable. Going to patch it up soon hopefully.

My first time taking on a project as large as this: I've decided to combine two broken and old jackets, a fabric zip-up hoodie and a peeling pleather cropped jacket. The arms and neck area were peeling on my jacket and I was sad that I couldn't wear it anymore without dusting every surface with little black bits so I decided to retire it, but then I realized I could cut out the problem areas and use the leather shell to sew onto a comfortable cotton jacket. Figured i could slap a shit ton of fabric patches too eventually. I'll keep you updated!! Sewing by hand with dental floss.

Also any tips appreciated! It's my first time working with an article of clothing besides just mending or adding patches.
