ur allowed to just make your own ocs instead of making it an offshoot of a bad person's work /gen/nm i support whatever you do but that also includes branching as far away from KC and her projects as possible <3 stay safe

sorry for not making that clear, i am making my own ocs and story! like i said, im making something that takes the vague concepts of what i enjoyed and spinning it into my own thing. and the things i specifically liked was the sort of slice of life suburbia feeling it had in combination with sparkle furries, and honestly that isnt something kc invented XD

i wasnt sure if i made that clear enough, yes im very against kc. thats actually part of the reason i want to make my own thing, i want to refocus my time and energy onto something disconnected from her! hopefully itll be more productive for me, and it might be enjoyable for other former fans too

i havent really considered working on it with other people though, ive made a lot of oc stories with my sister and a few close friends in the past, but i have a tendency to sort of take over and micromanage in group settings, which i dont really want to willingly subject to people anymore until i work on controlling that habit honestly X’D (especially with complete strangers)

im open to workshopping vague ideas thru things like asks/suggestions though! like i said everything is in very early concept stages right now, i just wanted to gauge interest before fully diving into anything

ive been seeing a lot of people making sparklecare-inspired projects since the doc/all this new info on kc’s has been coming out, which has been really cool to see, im glad people have been able to redirect their passion they once had into something new

though for me, personally, there is something about cometcare i definitely miss? i havent seen any projects doing what i described but with cometcare, and im wondering if anyone else would be interested in a project somewhat inspired by it��? my concepts are incredibly rough and in progress still, but definitely wouldnt be exactly the same, just sorta taking aspects from it i enjoyed (the slice of life suburbia w/ sparkle furries, mainly) and making my own thing out of it.
