i think we as a fandom genuinely forget how kevin and andrew are literally like best friends. like andrew went with kevin to california. at the start of tfc everyone describes them as literally joined at the hip. if andreil ever got married KEVIN WOULD LITERALLY BE ANDREW'S BEST MAN. kevin will call andrew in the future when they're all graduated because he knows andrew will pick up. they had a single carry-on between them in tgr. they probably stayed in the same hotel room. they fight like an old married couple throughout the og trilogy constantly. kevin knows how to rile andrew up and to calm him down. nora can pry kandrew (romantic and platonic) from my cold dead fucking hands.

a fic where Regulus loves skating. skating has always been there when he needs it. skating is the one thing he could always count on even after Sirius left. skating has always been his first love but his first love has never truly loved him back.

James has a fascination with the way Regulus skates. he loves the way he gildes around the ice, and he loves the way Regulus just lets himself be controlled by the feeling. he wishes Regulus could look like that at all times. Regulus loves the ice. he loves skating. Regulus first love will always be skaing, and James loves that about him, but for some reason, Regulus hates when James is around.

James' first love has always been Lily, but Lily chose Barty. it was that instance that confirmed what James already knew. he would never be someone's final choice. but something about Regulus on that ice makes him wish he that Regulus would look in his direction.

James wants to be Regulus' final choice. he wants to know what it's like to be loved by Regulus Black.

this definitely needs to be workshoped but I just know there's somthing there. I just need to find it.
