- GOD.

in my defence, i was writing with a pen running out of ink here:

any charlie brown film. absolute classics. ^^

"what's an inside joke you have with your family and friends?"

with my family: "what am i say to that?"

with my friends: bluetooth. the whole concept of bluetooth.

"what made you start your blog?"

i started this one because my old blog's layout got messy and unorganised, and it unmotivated me to write. a bit of a silly reason, tbh. besides this blog, i started my last one for fun. i enjoyed writing. others agreeing with my own headcanons made me smile. ^^

"what's the best and worst part of being an online creator?"

if you're anything like me, easily the worst part of being an online creator is having your target audience as a source of motivation. eventually, with the amount of likes, reblogs, and comments i got in my old blog, i started to lose sight of what i wanted. the best part is having a supportive following (friends) who reassure you to post whatever, whenever you want. :)

"what scares you the most and why?"

as a rational fear, since i'm religious, i'd never wanna hear "depart from me, for i never knew you." but my irrational fears include whale barnacles. why do they look the way they do. 😦

"any reacquiring dreams?"

i just want to live a peaceful and content life with a job that includes helping others. maybe even open a cat café while i'm at it. :p

"tell a story from your childhood."

when i was younger, i'd go under tables with my aunt and try finding spiders. we'd find one every once in a while, which was nice.

"would you say you're an emotional person?"

absolutely. i feel bad when i have to kill ants.

"what do you consider to be romance?"

an intimate relationship where i don't need to question myself on whether i want to commit or not. they listen to me ramble mindlessly but don't seem to mind. they even participate in my illogical conversation with something logical. yk, just to balance me out, lol. they value me and look for me when i'm gone. they respect my boundaries and don't push or shove. they bring up tiny details about me that even i won't even remember sometimes. they share the same beliefs as me. they'll find my enthusiasm to greet others amusing. they joke around with me playfully. they'll invite me to programs i may not seem interested in out of their consideration for others. they make me feel like i need to impress them, when really, they like me just the way i am; absolute chaos. and they'll be open-minded enough to hear me out on some silly confession, ending up with a deep chat that goes on for about 40 minutes.

maybe i'll be in-denial of how much i actually like them, but my heart will scream at me, telling me, "he's the one i want" over and over again. i consider that to be romance.

never give in to peer pressure. sometimes, it's easier said than done. don't underestimate it.

"what are you doing right now?"

besides answering these questions, getting ready to go out and eat some food with my dad. :D

the tranquility i get, especially while reading.

- she's always been there to listen to me.

we don't have this season where i live, but i like spring. i've been told that it's sunny and windy at the same time. the flowers also bloom in that season, iirc.

periwinkle or lavender. no exact reason. i've always liked it when i was younger.

i don't want to reveal too much about my real name, so i'll js be sharing the nickname/s my friends have given me out of tomfoolery. the nickname "delulu" (😦) seems to be their favourite, "gamer" /affectionately, and "dawg". i can't explain the last one.

i isolate myself and break down.

doing things i enjoy with people i love.

messy, though i prefer if everything was organised, lol.

- i like singing while i do simple chores. it makes things a bit more bearable.

- i also got back into volleyball recently, which i'm pretty happy about. ^_^ (for some context, i used to play for fun back in my old school, but i couldn't properly train because no one could pick me up after practice back then.)

- reading is one of my favourite pastimes. i was just doing it last night, lol.

hypocrites; people who don't practice what they preach.

yes, sometimes too much. i'm trying to stop, though, lol.

currently, i have a few walls up.

Someone said that Kaveh’s va acts like if Kaveh got isekai’d into Genshin like 9 years ago and still thinks he’s going to go back to his world. This is an absolutely hysterical concept and while I won’t be making it hc I WILL give Kaveh one too many modern traits and never explaining them. Like he says “Jesus, Mary and Joseph!” and everyone looks at him like he’s crazy. He doesn’t actually know what Christianity is by name but he is so.. incredibly Raised Catholic. The way he talks about sin makes Kaeya do a double take so hard he ends up getting whiplash. He knows what a computer is and how to use one, he just doesn’t know the name of it. Same with smartphones. He uses modern slang and references vine despite it never existing in his universe. Stuff like that.

To be clear he was absolutely 100% born in Tyvat and wasn’t actually isakai’d. He’s just Like That. Although the idea of Kaveh being one of the outworlders is very funny

this is so random, but lumine definitely texts her laughs in lowercase. she'd go "hahahaha" and actually be giggling in real life, while aether is the exact OPPOSITE. bro will go, "AHASKDHAHAJDHAJSHJAA" but be absolute deadpan. :3

✧ ch. 1 ﹕a new beginning

↳ aether and lumine get accepted into teyvat international academy, what could go wrong?

7:15A.M.

everything is going wrong.

"aether, are you seriously using my hairbrush again?!"

"hey, i'm the one with the long hair here!"

what a way to start the morning. burnt toast, a misshapen egg with a broken yolk, and some.. concoction aether innocently promotes as a milkshake. in all seriousness, it looks more like [REDACTED], but lumine would never say that out loud.

the two continued to argue for what felt like forever until an alarm blaringly rang from lumine's phone. lumine rushes over to shut it off before the sound got any more annoying, but she pauses to take a good look at the name of the alarm. it reads:

"reminder to my future self that u have 15 more mins b4 the last morning train leaves lol"

ah, yes.. the wonderful responsibilities that comes with being the older twin includes ending childish disputes early just to make it to school, even going as far as setting three separate alarms to be reminded of their untimely homeroom; all prepared for three of the morning trains. how great.

lumine panics as she quickly pulls her baby blue cardigan over her head and rushes to get aether out the door. locking up the knob, the two began making their way to the closest train station.

aether sulked, walking along lumine. "you could've at least let me finish my toast.."

"that thing looked like charcoal."

"hey, i made it!"

"no wonder it looks the way it does."

with their continuous disagreements, they finally made it to the train station, which was no more than a ten minute walk. eventually hopping onto the train, they kept their newly bought tickets in their pockets, saving them to be registered and slid into the metal mechanisms later at their stop. their banter came to an end due to the train's defeaning silence. it'd be direspectful for either of the two to speak up now—

"hey, hey, hey! do my eyes deceive me now, or is that the one and only kujou sara?!" a flamboyant voice called out from not too far.

a tall female with a dark, dusty purple bob cut, assuming to be kujou sara, sighs. "i still can't believe they promoted you to the third year, itto."

"whaaat?! c'mon, now, i'm not that bad! you gotta at least give me credit— i didn't fail two years in a row!" itto laughed.

"this time." shinobu continues the oni's sentence as he grumbles up a long defense.

"so loud.." the twins thought simultaneously. while aether sulks at the racket, lumine happens to notice that the people bickering from afar are wearing the same uniform as them. guess they have no choice but to get used to their presence now.

the train meets a short stop and aether, lumine, and the loud people from earlier get off. sliding their ticket into the metal machinery, they all walk in the same direction. aether and lumine are eager to walk a bit further from the group, though.

for now, lumine soaks in the warmth of the sunlight. the wind today is just right, she thinks as a breeze flows through her hair. the laughter from itto, sara, and shinobu's conversation happens to make the current setting all the more peaceful for the blonde. she's at ease.

aether, on the other hand, has been waiting for the building of their new academy to come into view. he was the one most excited about the transferring ordeal. their last school had been a bit of a blur, so he wonders what this new one would be like. he's optimistic.

the two may be thinking about completely different things, but they're both stimulated in some way.

teyvat international academy eventually is seen from the distance and aether's eyes light up at the sight.

"not gonna lie, that looks a lot better than the pictures we saw online..!" aether tells lumine in a tone filled with awe. this, indeed, was a new beginning for them.
