I keep seeing people posting like orders of the cilius, Sandy, lucifer and Belial plushies and there’s like 10+ in these boxes I am so glad I snagged my preorder when it first opened
#this greed sickens me#I got one Cilius and one Belial for my darling boyfriend#I’ll likely order more charms and stuff with the plushies bc that’s easier to ship out all at once#i actually did have to message my shopping service to hurry up and buy it because I was worried the preorders may sell out#that fear was not unfounded it seems#anyways always be annoying in life it was days radio silent and then I emailed them and like 30 mins later they ordered it#anyways when I get that plush I’m going to carry it around in my Cilius ita bag and take soooo many pictures#sometimes I sort of regret not getting sandalphon but in due time#rambles

I do love the idea of a stupidly big nun hat for Mephy and cramming as many references to Mephistopheles(actual demon) and Baphomet as I can into her design
The meaning of the Name Mephistopheles is said to be "Not loving the light" or "not a friend of the light" and Lucilius means "light" how fascinating
#I was raised catholic and all I got was this stupid interest in the occult#Its a lot to iron out but I do like the bold shape of her hat#its like if you saw her even just as a silhouette you would know thats mephy#yeah i kinda got it from gg but I've put a fresh enough spin on it#I've always used clover symbols and am gonna get a clover tattoo so thats great there is one in the Praxis Magia#the new MSQ made me think about Mephy's whereabouts and role in the GBF story#By the time Cilius is brought back 2000 years later they're like a divorced couple imo so its like what has she been doing this whole time#Mephy's more of an outsider/doesnt care most of the time anyways#I imagine she's content to live with Skydwellers and dedicate all of her time to writing and drawing and studying#mephy’s yume diary#mephy

I just found out one of my favorite AO3 authors of all time is a fucking neurosurgeon which was surprising initially just because I often forget AO3 writers are real people and not smut angels sent down from the heavens to make us feel alive, but in hindsight it makes perfect sense.
they are a fucking genius so. they just apply that genius to multiple fields.
