honestly i feel confident enough in my art most of the time to say, like. pretty good! at least on pieces i actually put effort into. somewhere between mediocre and Good(tm)

8. What is your favourite piece that you have done?

uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh good question! most recently im still very proud of my attempt to emulate the style of the glass scientists. it forced me to pay attention to detail a lot more and i learned a lot from the process, and it just looks really good i think. plus it ended up doing surprisingly well for oc art which is coool

i have 0 object permanence so i forgot everything ive ever drawn but some other p good ones im still proud of are aaravos and these artfight attacks.

13. Are you looking to pursue a career in art?

nah, at the moment i don’t think that path is for me. while id love to take proper art classes later down the line to learn and improve and develop my talent, the most id want to do with my art is share it for fun, maybe tell little stories here and there, but nothing Professional.

15. What do you like drawing the least? :3

in terms of particular details i despise limbs 90% of the time i try to draw them. more than hands tbh. and this usually applies to like human arm and leg proportions/posing but also back legs for animals fucks me up sometimes. but sometimes i’m able to get them, and sometimes they turn out looking really nice and appealing

on a larger scale, painting-style digital art fucks me up especially regarding like shading and colors (my favorite parts of making art usually). i can’t wrap my head around like….. brush textures and techniques idk. but a lot of art i admire has that painterly quality to it and id really like to learn and overcome this challenge some time!

1. When did you get into art?

i’ve always enjoyed drawing as a hobby since i was a kid, though it wasn’t necessarily a passion of mine until much later. i’d say i probably started really getting into art around maybe 2018 i think? around the time i was gifted my own drawing tablet (despite having hardly displayed my interest in art. somehow the tablet just found me).

from there i really started to make myself learn to draw and i’m p proud of how far i’ve come since then. it’s unfortunate that i don’t have almost any art from when i was much younger, i just never took pride in it and so much of it was lost to time.
