That last episode thoroughly confused me about the mechanics of vampire blood sharing. Can’t vampires sustain themselves on vamp blood? I’ve always thought they’re able to but just don’t have a natural bloodlust for it in comparison to human blood. For example, when Elena was hungry and couldn’t keep down blood that wasn’t from the vein Damon offered his and she was A-Ok afterwards. So couldn’t Mama Salvatore’s family of vampire freaks just feed off each other while in the prison world?

I still think it was kinda weird that you know, Damon’s mum is now home with them and Damon and Elena decide that it’s okay for them to make out when Damon’s mum is literally just upstairs and can probably hear everything. 

It’s kinda gross lol What mum wants to hear her son making out with his girlfriend??? lol
