To be honest, something that helps me a lot to get around shifting is manifesting.
Using the law of assumption. Which are basically the same thing, but it helps me a lot to manifest little things in this reality rather than other ones like a cartoony reality.
For example a few weeks I didnโt like this one friend my bf kept having around bc they would go out so much n barely had any time for me so I kept manifesting that they would stop being friends. The next day my bf told me he cut all ties with this friend bc he was too clingy.
And I noticed I manifest unintentionally as well. I didnโt have a really good mindset when it came to relationships and everytime I kept thinking something bad was gonna happenโฆ Guess whatโฆ Something bad would happen ๐๐
Just as easy it is to get into a bad mindset and start manifesting negative things, thatโs how easy you can get into a good mindset and manifest positive things.

After taking a long break I had started meditating again today.
And to be honest the results were RLLY shockingโฆ ๐
First I set a timer for 15 mins bc for me personally, meditating helps me immensely in my journey of shifting!!
At first I tried to visualize things, test out how far I can go. This is my way of practicing until I actually felt like shifting.
I also realized that when shifting I have an issue with disconnecting from my original reality. ๐
While meditating I try to really imagine the smells, touch, tastes and hearing.
The more I tried to force it the harder it became. Itโs important to let yourself, in a sense, be โlooseโ when attempting to put all these factors into practice.
Slowly but surely I got the hang of it, I was in meditation and I could barely feel anything in my original reality. (Ex: Like the sheets touching my skin.)
And as I imagined swimming in large body of water, testing out my five senses.
I felt a very hard push on the right side of my hip, it made me snap out of my meditative state. ๐ฅฒ
Only thing was that I was in my room alone with the door lockedโฆ
At first I was scared but then I summed it up to be a shifting symptom.
Later on that day I fell asleep and I had a lucid dream. Iโm not the type to have lucid dreams so I almost didnโt believe it.
But I knew it was a dream and I was fully aware of it. I would have to guess this experience lasted for 2-3 mins?? It felt very short.
But instead of trying to do anything I woke myself up because I was too overstimulated by the sensation of how close I could be to shifting.
It felt so surreal it was insane.
In that moment, I oddly felt fear of how close I couldโve been to shifting, probably something I have to solve through shadow work.
But nonetheless, I canโt go into detail of the lucid dream bc after waking myself up I fell back asleep.
I forget my dreams if I donโt write them down immediately after. All I remember was myself repeating โIโm dreamingโ and it feeling so tantalizing.
So for this to be my first day back to meditating, it for sure exceeds all of my expectationsss ๐๐
I like to write my experiences down to every detail, that way if I solve the issues Iโm having in my journey or find that something Iโm doing makes it easier maybe other shifters can use the same methods that I do so their journey can be successful!!
