I know this is impossible bug in an if where Scarlett is betrothed and then she mets mc, would be the same as Cyra route with Ash?
If Scarlett were betrothed to another she wouldn’t be an RO as she wouldn’t give the MC the time of day…
For Cy, their betrothal to Ash is a bit complicated — as Ash was chosen because Cy’s Phoenix showed some interest, however small, which is better than nothing — but with the MC that interest flourishes at a rapid rate that it hadn’t with Ash.. It’s one of those things that Ash and Cy could become great partners if given the chance, and enough time, but there’s a better fit with the MC. If the MC isn’t romancing Cy then Ash will slot in better as a Romanced!Cy is canon the MCs mate and you’re theirs in return… If that makes sense. (Like with all of the ROs).
If Scarlett were to be betrothed it means that she finally found a woman to share her heart with, and she wouldn’t betray her. Meaning her connection, or potential one, with the MC would never have the possibility of taking root. (Now if it’s something that has been forced upon her by her father that’d be a different story.)
Hopefully, I answered your answer in the manner you were looking for! 💜

This is a tumblr classic but the ros' reaction to mc having a hickey on their neck only to find out it's a mosquito bite later on?
I went with the late crushing stage/early relationship stage for this.
Tumblr media
Koda: Would honestly not even think it’s a hickey to begin with. Wouldn’t even cross his mind. Is it because he’s not used to seeing hickeys? Yes, but that’s not the only reason. He’d probably frown, tilt your head, and just ask you. “What happened to your neck, Anon? Did you slip and fall or something?” Would be relieved that it’s just a bug bite as he doesn’t want you to accidentally hurt yourself.
Scarlett: Her eyes would narrow, twin emerald flames, wanting to tear into the person that dared to mark what’s hers, before she’d force herself to calm down, sniffing the air, letting herself get wrapped in the scent she knows so well, and she’d instantly relax when she didn’t smell someone else’s with it. She’d, of course, not miss the opportunity to tease you though. “I’m not sure I like your new accessory, Anon.” Tugging you closer by the waist, Scarlett guides your body onto her lap, and lips ghost across the mark. “Have you been bad, my darling?” Would be instantly amused the moment you tell her it’s a bug bite.
Cyrus/Cyra: Their eyes would flash red instantly at the sight, body heating up at the mere implication of what it could mean. Before you’d be able to react they’d leave the room— fearing what their powers would do, and they’d never wish to harm you in any way. They’d be completely overthinking everything, but they know they needed to go back and talk to you— they just needed some time first. When they find out it’s a bug bite? They’d feel guilty instantly, but their relief would be so obvious. “I-I thought—” They cut themself off, simply shaking their head and pulling you into their arms. It didn’t matter now.
Quinn: With narrowed eyes, they’d just simply walk up to you, tilt your head, and peer closer to your neck, despite your confused questions filtering in their ear. They’re used to bug bites, know what they look like, and seeing it close up they’d be able to tell what it was. When they make the confirmation, they’d just step back with a rueful smile. “Sorry, I was just checking something.” They shrug. “Wanted to make sure I wasn’t seeing things that weren’t actually there.” They’d be more than happy to deal with your potential attitude after the fact— they got their answer in the end, and that’s all that matters.
Caden: They wouldn’t know how to react to be honest. Their entire being would just sort of…. Freeze? They’d grow instantly flustered, partially because of their distress and because they don’t know what to do and not look at it, which is something you’d probably pick up on. Probably wanting to approach them which would make them even more flustered. “I-I’m s-sorry for asking this, b-but what is t-that?” When it’s revealed it’s a bug bite they’d probably turn completely incorporeal due to their embarrassment.
Sloane: Anger and betrayal would lance through their chest instantly, a cavernous hole spreading out from their chest outward. It’d take everything within them not to shift, to give into the agony running through their being, but they’d give you the benefit of the doubt— you deserved that. “What’s that, Anon?” They’d ask, trying to keep their tone steady, unaffected. “Have some fun when I wasn’t here?” When they find out it’s a bug bite, they’d feel instantly better and guilty all at once— would apologize for doubting you instantly after learning it.
Blake: Would have an internal battle debating whether or not the “hickey” was actually a hickey— growing more and more upset with each moment the went on. In the end, Blake would decide to be petty because if it was a hickey then it obviously wasn’t done right. “Amateur work,” they mutter, tilting your head to the side. “Want to see how it’s really supposed to be done?” Their plan wouldn’t shift when they find out it’s a bug bite.
Reginald/Regina: They’d squint, debating whether or not they should ask. Maybe it was something that vampires sometimes got sporadically? I mean, come on, a vampire with a hickey, isn’t that too on the nose? The questions would abate the hurt they could feel welling within their chest, causing them to blurt out, rather abruptly, “Is that a hickey? Or did you have some fun with a vacuum cleaner?” Would immediately want to go and hide when they found out it was a bug bite.

I think my favorite decision in the current demo is using the one question Cienna gives you to ask if she's ok. It's such a nice character moment for her, and it gives the reader a lot of say over how their MC behaves. So thank you for writing it I suppose lol
I’m glad that’s something you’ve enjoyed! It reminded me of the one scene in Infinity War (the iconic Why is Gamora)… Everyone always asks: “Where is Cienna?” | “Who is Cienna?”
But no one asks: “How is Cienna?”
One of my favorite scenes comes after the fact:
Tumblr media
I think it captures Cienna quite well too… (Also ignore the typo with one… it’s fixed in my version.)
I hope to add more things to the family scenes in the coming updates, but I’m happy you’ve enjoyed what’s there so far!

❝  you know i’m yours,  right?  i only have eyes for you.  ❞
For Sloane pls?
It’s not the first time you’ve noticed it.
It’s not even the first time it’s happened within the last few minutes. The tightening of a sharp jaw, the darkening of hazel eyes, a gloomy aura hanging around their hunched position. For anyone else it’d just be Sloane Addams being Sloane Addams; the lone wolf, a shifter without a pack.
For you? It’s Sloane Addams, your extremely trying significant other whom you love more than anything. Who tests your patience, and your mental capacity, every other day, but who you know wouldn’t hesitate to do anything for you— even if they may pretend like it— and you’re well aware you test them too.
Like now, you muse, swirling around your drink. They haven’t been acting like themself since you’ve arrived.
This date had been something you’d been looking forward to for quite some time. You hadn’t been able to spend as much time as you normally would with Sloane, something that both you and your wolf didn’t seem to like. If their every increasing number of texts, that they had huffed at in the beginning, showcasing the fact more than they could ever say. Having a relaxing lunch within the usual café that you and your dorm-mates frequented seemed like the perfect way to catch up with them. And everything seemed to have been going well, you think, a frown tugging at your brow. Until something completely shifted.
Sloane had been waiting for you, at your usual table within the patio of Esmé’s shop, their leather jacket slung across the back of their chair, revealing the simple black tank-top that gave you perfect view of lean muscle and beautifully inked lilies. They had even risen from their seat the moment they sensed you, probably picked your scent out within the crowd instantly, with an almost shy smile on their lips, hazel eyes, that shimmered such a warm green in the evening light, filled with nothing short of adoration. The gentle, almost chaste, kiss they had given you hadn’t seemed forced, hadn’t seemed like they were thinking up exit strategies, and the first few minutes of your date had passed in relative comfort. Until…
Your frown grows more pronounced as the pieces of Sloane’s sudden behavior shift becomes clear. Everything had been going fine until Kendall, a werepanther, who also happened to be your assigned partner for Professor Andora’s recent assignment, arrived with her signature smirk in place. The conversation had been brief, polite in the way that any short discussion would be, but something had obviously transpired in that time that caused Sloane to react. A reaction that you planned on getting to the bottom of.
“Sloane?” Their gaze raises from a practically untouched plate, appetite seemingly gone. “Is everything okay?”
While seemingly a stupid thing to ask in the face of everything else— it’s something that you’ve learned has helped Sloane figure out that you’ve noticed their shift, that you wish to talk about it, and that they’re free to discuss it with you. Not bottle it up and pushing it down back inside of them.
Their lips press into a line. “Yes.” At your arched brow, they roll their eyes, an action that you know isn’t rooted in any form of malice or annoyance, but they do relax a bit more into their seat. “It’s just something stupid I have to deal with, MC.”
You nod. “Well that seems like a perfect thing for your significant other to help you with.” An honest smile tugs at your lips, you didn’t want to push Sloane but you know how their thoughts could spiral. It’s not something they’d let you deal with alone, you weren’t going to let them do it either. “Just tell me and I’ll try to help, okay? I don’t think anything that’s troubling you could ever be stupid.”
Something in their eyes seems to relax then, a tension releasing fully from their shoulders. “I didn’t like how Kendall was looking at you,” they huff, tapping an agitated finger against the table. “I didn’t like how she seemed way too familiar with you for her own good. I know that’s she your partner in Andora’s class, and that you’ve been spending a lot of time with her because of it, but I’d appreciate it if she didn’t look like the cat that ate the fucking canary while talking to you.”
“I wasn’t aware she was looking at me like that, Sloane.” Even though, looking back on it now, she did seem rather keen on being close to you, although it’s nothing she ever pressed you on. You shake your head, an annoyed look flickering across your face. “I’ll make sure to talk to her about that next time I see her. I’ll also make sure that our next study sessions will be in the main courtyard.” You offer them a teasing smile. “Maybe you can happen to be studying with Scarlett or Quinn on those day’s too?”
They huff out a laugh, shaking their head fondly. “You don’t have to convince me, sweetheart. Any excuse I can get to look at your pretty face I’ll take.”
There’s a moment of silence, wherein you stew over your next words carefully. Wanting to tell that no one else could ever compare— not to you anyway.
“You know I’m yours, right?” You hedge out, taking the chance to place your hand over their slackened one on the tabletop. “I only have eyes for you.”
“Good,” Sloane remarks, almost glowering, no doubt thinking back to Kendall, before their eyes soften. “Because I think mine were only ever meant to work to be able to see you.”

I just really want a scenario with Quinn’s wolf interacting with the MC pretty please
I’ll take a small snippet out of my planned first interaction with their wolf (take it with a grain of salt because it could change… I just like to plan some things ahead of time).
Tumblr media
Your eyes widen at the sight that greets you within the forest glade, silver moonlight streaming down through the thick canopy of trees.
A gigantic wolf now stood where Quinn had been only a moment before; a hulking mass of a creature: dark fur ripples over strong muscle, razor sharp teeth paired with deadly claws, and it completely towered over you. The lycans from myth, the very legends that Quinn’s form now created, had nothing on the creature that stood before you; a creature made to hunt, to stalk, to kill.
All of those things, coupled with the fact that you’re now alone, should have sent you running for the hills; especially as the wolf lowered itself onto all fours and began to creep closer to you. Fear wasn’t something you could bring yourself to feel, however. Not when sapphire eyes peer out from the lupine face, the calming blue stilling your fight or flight response instantly.
This creature was Quinn. It wouldn’t harm you— at least you hope it wouldn’t. You just have to figure out what you want to do.
Given that the wolf is now standing right before you, blotting out the slivers of moonlight that had been able to peek through the foliage.
[Choice]
“You’re still in there, aren’t you?”
“Don’t eat me, okay? I promise I don’t taste good.”
“Apparently dog breath isn’t a bad nickname for you after all.”
Pet the wolf. You only live once, right?
Take a step back, way too close for comfort.

Can you give us a snippet of what Cienna and Delphine were like as a couple? I’m so curious to know more about Cienna’s past
Sure!
Tumblr media
“Stop looking at me like that.” The words, while sounding harsh, are uttered in a low murmur, a gentle inflection suffused within them to soften any potential barbs that may escape.
Full lips quirk upward, lavender eyes peering up through thick lashes, an expression of utmost patience etched across an elegant face. “And how, pray tell, am I looking at you?” Silvery gold hair falls over a delicate shoulder when Delphine tilts her head.
“Like I’m some mystery to figure out.” Cienna rolls her eyes, but it lacks any actual annoyance. “I came back to Aurelian to study. Not to be studied, Delphine.”
“And here I thought you came back to see me.” The patient expression across Delphine’s face never shifts— in fact it seems to deepen further— but her tone holds a heaviness that is almost tangible. “I’m just worried about you, vaelēn. Worried about what’s going on in that beautiful mind of yours, about what sort of lies are brewing within it, and how I can help you through them.”
Cienna scoffs, straightening her back, walls rising like an ocean tide. “You don’t need to worry about me.” It’s biting, the earlier joviality gone. “I’m fine.”
Instead of rising to the bait, Delphine simply smiles lovingly, placing a gentle hand on a tense bicep. “If you were fine you wouldn’t be in my clinic now, Cienna. Not when we both know we’re supposed to meet tomorrow.” Pressing a soft kiss to her forehead, Delphine pulls Cienna to her feet and into her arms. “I’m not going to make you talk, that’d only lead to an argument, but I want you to know that I’m here to listen. No matter what.”
There’s a moment of silence, wherein Cienna simply rests her head on Delphine’s shoulder, simply swaying in the strong embrace, with her next words being slightly muffled due to her refusal to part with the warmth of it.
“Even when I don’t know what to say?”
Lavender eyes sparkle with the luminosity of the stars hanging outside.
“Especially then.”

There’s no way I can pass up, “i’m gonna remind them you’re mine” for my girl Scarlett please 🙏
You don’t know how you keep getting dragged into these things…
Sure, in the light of day, Aurelian Academy was the picture perfect institute for higher learning and a practical hub for possible connections within the supernatural, and even sometimes human, world, but at night? When the enchanted lights dimmed, when the professors turned in for the night in their wing, and the moon rose above the shimmering lake that made its home on Aurelian’s campus?
That’s when the real fun, as you’ve been told, begins. Parties, secret meetings, illicit affairs, and more all occurred under the cover of night within Aurelian, and you just happened to have been pulled into once such event— a party that Blake hadn’t stopped gushing about since he heard of it: It’s supposed to be the biggest party of the year! How could I possibly miss it? And, since you’re my best friend, I’ll need you by side when I attend. It won’t be as fun without you.
The fact that it’s barely into the second semester didn’t seem to matter to Blake in the slightest.
Seriously, who thought it’d be a good idea for both sirens and succubi to be housed in the same dorm? That’s only a recipe for disaster— added to the fact that the incubi dorm was a relatively short distance away, and you have a whole slew of potentially bad ideas.
Though nothing bad as my idea of actually attending, you gripe, hand tightening around the flimsy plastic solo cup, sloshing an almost luminescent blue drink over the brim. Blake has been lost in the sea of people, I’m not even sure what time it is, and I think I’m going to go deaf if this music doesn’t shift gears soon.
All in all? You weren’t having the best of times. Not that you minded parties, you’ve been to quite a few in your time, but this sort of thing hadn’t ever really been your scene. The air, intermingled with a variety of scents, is almost cloying in your nostrils, the beat of the bass thrumming your ear, and it’s only due to the privacy wards that you haven’t completely keeled over due to the sound. Your only saving grace is the fact that your girlfriend had agreed to come save you after a certain amount of time.
Getting the chance to see Scarlett, even if it’s in a throng of gyrating bodies and a dimly lit room, she’ll definitely be a sight for sore eyes. You just have to hold out long enough for her to arrive. And she’ll hopefully take me back to her room, you muse, taking a sip over the surprisingly sweet concoction in your cup. Which will lead to the actually exciting part of my night.
For now? You’re content with sticking to the sides of the party, the shadows wrapped around you in a comforting embrace, as you waited for your emerald green eyed savior to arrive.
“You’re not having fun are you?” The sudden voice causes you to flinch in surprise. Your attention immediately settling on the form of Isabel, an occupant of this very dorm, who had a charming smile stretched across full lips. “I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone so miserable at one of these things.”
You shift. “I’m not miserable,” you reply, not wanting to seem rude. “This just isn’t usually something I go to.”
Isabel hums, amber eyes sparkling. “I can see that.” She tilts her head, slowly appraising you in a way that immediately sends alarm bells ringing in your head. “I can say, with quite a bit of certainty, that you haven’t ever been to one of my parties before?”
She’s right.
“Why do you say that?”
“I think I’d remember someone as beautiful as you attending,” she purrs, leaning closer, locks of raven black hair falling over her shoulder. “None of my sisters, or myself, have been able to take our eyes off you since you arrived with that incubus.”
Sisters. The realization hits you instantly. You’ve completely forgotten that Isabel was a Siren, a species that always traveled in pods, a group that grew as close as family. Who also happened to make a game out of who could get the most valuable prize by the end of their hunts. How do I keep getting into these situations?
Isabel’s smile only grows. “I must admit I’m surprised none of them have snatched you up yet.” Her hand trails down your arm, before you’re able to jerk it away. Something she doesn’t seem to take offense by. “It’s possible they’re too shy to.” She tilts her head, eyes flashing carnally. “Pity. But it only means more of you for myself.”
“Look I have a—”
“She’s already spoken for, Laurent.” A sharp voice interrupts your rebuttal, accent thicker than usual due to the agitation you detect laced within her tone. “You’ll have to take your games elsewhere.”
Isabel’s entire countenance shifts as your girlfriend finally comes into focus— Scarlett. Your eyes rove over her form, clad simply in a red-laced corset top, paired with a belt and tailored black pants, as well as her signature heels, she looks every part of the unflinching conquerer that roams the halls during the day. Not a single strand of dark auburn hair out of place, emerald eyes narrowed into slits as she takes a protective stance next to you, the only sign of her anger being the slightest clench of her jaw. Something anyone that wasn’t you could, and would, miss.
“Wasn’t aware she was yours, Voltaire.” The siren holds up her hands, clearly not wanting to get into an altercation with your girlfriend. “Maybe you shouldn’t let her wander off alone without you.”
Scarlett’s brow arches, an imperious look etched across her face. “I’d take that into consideration if your opinion mattered in the slightest to me.” She waves her hand, a flippant gesture of dismissal if you’ve ever seen one, and drawls. “Run along now. I do believe your time in our presence has run its course. No need to insist upon a place that doesn’t want nor need you.”
Amber eyes flash dangerously but she wisely keeps her mouth shut, giving you one last look, Isabel turns and disappears back into the throng of bodies, no doubt heading over to her sisters that stood near the open bar.
A gentle touch to your cheek pulls your focus towards Scarlett’s face, a bit more emotion now showcased— if the slightest downturn of her lips, and the darkened state of her gaze, was anything to go by.
“Why did you entertain her for so long, my heart?” It’s asked softly, no accusation in her tone. A question borne purely out of curiosity.
You rub the back of your neck. “I panicked and sort of froze.”
Scarlett’s eyes narrow at that. “Did she do anything to you?” A darkened gaze, that flashes obsidian, turns to look back at the room, in the direction that Isabel had disappear off to. “If she did all you have to do is tell me and I’ll handle it.”
“Honestly, I didn’t realize what was happening until it actually happened.” You shake your head, taking Scarlett’s hand, that had limply fallen back to her side, in a gentle hold. “She caught me when I was thinking of a fairly distracting topic.”
“Oh?” Dark auburn hair falls over Scarlett’s shoulder, reminiscent of Isabel’s earlier action, but somehow more elegant, and your girlfriend’s gaze darkens for an entirely different reason, the obsidian black telling of a completely different hunger. “And what would that be?”
Stepping closer, you wrap around arms loosely around Scarlett’s neck, tugging her closer until her body is flushed with yours. “You.” A satisfied purr rumbles out of Scarlett. Her head titling into the gentle touch of your fingers running through her hair. “Out of pure curiosity what were you going to do?” At her raised brow, you elaborate. “You said you would have handled it. How?”
There’s a beat of silence, wherein only the party surrounding you both intercepts it, but when Scarlett offers you a sultry smirk, you immediately felt the familiar swoop in your gut, heat building between you both. It’s of no surprise when Scarlett leans closer and places a hard kiss to your lips— somehow making it deep, passionate in a way that only she could, without ever introducing her tongue. “What would I do, my hear?” She purrs, tugging at your bottom lip with her teeth. “I’d remind them that you’re mine.”
She dips her head, placing an open-mouth kiss to your neck. Clearly delighting in the way you arch against her at the familiar action.
“I suppose I have a different course of action now.” Scarlett steps back, keeping your hands interlaced as she leads you towards the exit, hips swaying in a rhythmic fashion. “Something that’ll be far more rewarding.”
Your breath catches. “And that is?”
“Reminding you that you’re mine.”

Hi, I'm a bit unsure about how long has the mc been away from the family? Was it a few months?
It wasn’t that long — I don’t remember if I actually give a specific number but it was only a few months… About three… If I’m remembering correctly but, I could be wrong, I’ll have to check. If it was longer it was no more than six.
Edit: It was four months — thank you @purpleflowerluminaryus 💜

Do Helena and Saraya have thoughts on what’s going on between Cienna and Christian? Have they ever tried to intervene?
Of course, they have thoughts on the matter, but it’s also an issue between Cienna and Christian. When the crux of what happened occurred, Helena demanded that they be separated for a time so things could cool off, but she hasn’t tried to enforce anything since — as she believes it’s not her place because she doesn’t wish to force them to do anything; if she did then the forgiveness they share would be based upon that, and not upon a mutual decision to forgive… Saraya… She’s had a tough time with it, but she’s followed her wife’s lead because she knows it’s the smart move.
They tried to nudge them towards reconciliation twice in the past — or at least an open conversation — but that didn’t turn out well.
Cienna and Christian also aren’t children — Cienna is over 600 and Christian over 300 — but things have been at a sort of standstill up until now… When things actually begin to fall apart, and feelings are expressed, Helena and Saraya will take a firm stance on the matter, but I don’t want to say too much as I don’t wish to spoil anything.

Dropping by to talk about My MC (Archer Everhart) relationship with her siblings.
Cienna : Archer grew up looking up to her and admiring her. She always liked how her elder sister is always so put together and handles being the heir. Archer wanted to be like her. She would always imitate Cienna's mannerism in front of the mirror, hoping in some way to gauge her sister's persona.Since now that they aren't that close Archer still respects her a lot and actually shares some of her ideals when it comes to their family.
Persephone: Archer is closest to her. Growing up Percy was her go-to sibling if Cienna wasn't available. Archer would talk about anything and everything with her. Percy knows all her secrets. Archer loves to be around her because she is a great listener , offers good advice and gives her baked goods.
Christian: Archer doesn't have much of a relationship with him but she does care about him. It's speaks more of an annoying sibling you have to put up with kinda relationship. She feels that Christian should be more responsible when to comes to their family and should be aware that his antics have consequences.
Cienna: I’m glad that Archer understands, at least in part, where Cienna comes from when it involves the family and her ideals involving them… She’s not surprised in the slightest that the relationship has taken a turn downward, as she’s a busy woman and as you grew older, more independent, she had to start focusing on other things — she could no longer force herself to believe that you needed her to be there.
Persephone: Percy is a wonder and I completely support being close to her — I could definitely see her being a shoulder for Archer to lean on, or for her to listen to Archer when she’s in the middle of baking. She’d always try her best, would never be too pushy, unless the time warranted it, and simply bask the in the simplicity of your bond.
Christian: He’s a complex one… The fucked up big brother would completely understand where Archer is coming from, but there are things that Archer doesn’t know about, that have been intentionally kept secret, and those very things, at least some of them, tie into why he’s rarely home and when he is he tries to make himself as small as possible… And he’s very much aware his actions have consequences, but there’s a lot more going on beneath the surface.
Tumblr media
Thank you so much for sending this in! I had a great time hearing about Archer and her relationships with the siblings!

I remember that ask about mc killing Helena and how Saraya would cope it. But what about if it was in self-defense? Like Helena becomes feral for plot reasons and attacked the mc, how the family would act in that scene?
If Helena actually attacked the MC then the MC would be dead — there’s no chance you’d win in a fight against her. It’s why the other ask is so sad for me, simply due to the fact that Helena would have held herself back, pretty much allowing you to kill her, because she didn’t wish to hurt you… Maybe believing that you wouldn’t actually hurt her either…
Suspending belief, however… Saraya still wouldn’t be able to look at the MC. She wouldn’t wish to kill you, like she would in the other ask, but she’d still connect you with the reason her mate was no longer there, that she’d never be held in her wife’s arms, surrounded by her scent, or the soothing timbre of her voice… It’d get better as time passes, but Saraya would still be a husk of who she used to be — more than likely joining Helena sooner rather than later as it’d become too much to go on. (Saraya would still love you, and she’d try to showcase it, but she’d always have an emptiness in her eyes that would never falter.)
As for the siblings? They’d feel awful for the MC, having to kill Helena and deal with the fallout with Saraya — even if it wasn’t your fault… it’s difficult to reason with the basic instincts that the inner beasts have, especially when it comes to their mate.
Cienna wouldn’t truly have time for personal talks, barring a couple moments after it occurred, as she’d be the new head of the family and have to handle all things such a title entails.
Persephone would be throwing herself into baking, into her hobbies, but she’d try her best to be there for you. Even if it would be hard — not that she blames you, but it’d simply be hard knowing that her mother wasn’t there any longer.
Christian… He’d also try, that’s all one can ever do. He wouldn’t know what you’re going through, wouldn’t ever wish to know what you’re going through, but he’d still try his best to be there.

I want to hugh Cienna really bad, she is the most precious thing in my mc life after Scarlett
Cienna’s hugs are interesting 😂
She hugs in a manner that showcases she wants nothing more than to pull you closer, but also wants nothing more than for you to get away from her… Probably due to how tense she typically is.
She’d appreciate a hug all the same. As long as she’s not holding/carrying anything.

Oh, if we are talking about our other siblings (love them all, and our moms), my favourite is Christian. I can easily imagine my MC, when she was still a baby, fallowing him around like a little tail (that's what my dad used to call me, when I was smoll and followed him around - 'my little tail'). Especially since Christian was a little bit uncomfortable (scared even) with the little MC in the beginning and maybe tried to avoid her, I just imagine that made her even more persistent. And if someone asked why she couldn't leave her poor stressed out brother alone, she honestly said something like 'he's funny'.
Ok, sorry, I got a little bit carried away with my imaginary scenarios. Anyhow, love our disastrous big bro.
Tumblr media
I think I might have to implement a choice either later on or somewhere in the first chapter where you can choose the sibling you were either the closest with (or tried to be), because I think that’ll make some of the angst later on so much sweeter. Especially if your MC has a relationship like this with Christian and you finally uncover what happened between him and Cienna… Will your view of him change? Will you stop loving him? Or if you’re close with Cienna… Will you think she’s been too harsh? Do you think she’s weaker because of it?
Percy will be the unproblematic bean that we all know and love… although she definitely has her moments later on that I think will be enticing to angst lovers too.
Thank you so much for sharing this with me! I absolutely loved reading it! Truly gave me an insight, and potential ideas, into your MCs mind and how she interacted with the siblings — especially Christian! 💜

What do C's siblings think of the MC if they're romancing C?
Aurora: Thinks it’s nice that Cy has found someone, but she’s more concerned about her duties to House Aurelia then to involve herself with her older siblings romantic life. Other than that passing thought she doesn’t have much of a reaction.
Helios: Doesn’t care one way or the other. Doesn’t think much of you, to be honest. He has a contentious relationship with Cy as it stands, which means he won’t care who they’re seeing.
Kiran: Is like Aurora, he’s neutral about the entire thing. He’ll think it’s neat his sibling found someone, but wouldn’t concern himself with it all too much. He’s married himself and would be happy to give Cy some pointers though.
Apollo: Thinks it’s absolutely neat and would love to get to know you! He thinks that anyone who was able capture his big siblings attention is definitely someone worth knowing.
Artemis: Is concerned about how Ash fits into all of this and what Cy might have done… But, other than that, she’s happy to meet you and will try her best to make you feel welcome. Although she is a bit more standoffish than her twin.

The plane scene has been the bane of my existence, but I'm happy with how the majority of the scenes within it have turned out... Since the family is getting the spotlight recently thought you all might enjoy seeing a small sneak peek of something that you can do within the second half of the first chapter.

I really get the sex appeal from Cienna but after the ask of mc's childhood I will always look at her as our precious older sister 🥹
Completely understand that. It’s why I have a “set” MC (or at least an MC that’s different from Midnight Sun MC) when it comes to her romance asks — partially because it makes differentiating easier for you all and it also makes it easier for me to get out of the headspace of Older Sister!Cienna and into just Cienna… If that makes sense.
I’m so happy you see her as precious though because she absolutely is and just doesn’t realize it because she’s put herself in a very specific box… It’s a nice box, but it’s still a box at the end of the day.
