Chapter IV Mindfulness Medication
Saturday, January 25, 9:39 a.m.
The first thing she noticed when she came to was the dryness in her mouth. Her tongue had plastered itself to the roof of it, and only after she had un-stuck it and ran it over her teeth, did the taste of bile draw her attention to the rest of her body.
One: there was what could only logically be her own vomit coating her right arm which she had used as a pillow. The watery part of it had dried already, but the chunks still stuck to her skin and had grown cold from the exposure to the air in the room. She had not puked recently. The strange weight of a few strands of hair as she lifted her pounding head indicated that her arm wasn’t the only victim.

Chapter III Pipe Dream
Monday, January 20, 12:37 p.m.
["She's doing pretty well. We're getting close to finishing that puzzle we started when you and your brother were here."]
Katara began unraveling the tiny braid she was crafting at the tail end of her hair. It was hard to believe her dad was still in the south and not back home, fixing up a neighbor's car or playing cards at the pub with Bato. He didn't belong down there anymore. She cleared her throat before directing her voice towards the cell phone that sat on her pillow. They had got lucky with the reception today.
"Well that's good. Has she given the pitch any more thought?"
["Honestly, sweetheart, I think she forgot about it. If this is going to work, we're just going to have to get her on the plane."]
He had called Sokka and Katara over the weekend to share his idea of bringing his mother back to Gaoling to live out the rest of her days in their company. Gran-Gran had visited only one time before, shortly after Hakoda had taken his children and left to start a new life. But the wild called her back, back to the bright nights, the clean air, the wide-open fields of white. Katara had initially shot down her father's idea. She should be able to slowly pass in the land that knew her, not some cookie cutter town in the middle of the chaos of modern day life.

Chapter II Syllabus Week Pt. II
Monday, January 13, 7:12 p.m.
Sokka rubbed his temples in a fruitless effort at stilling the headache that had stalked him since his alarm had gone off, a rude reminder of the class he had at 10 in the morning. Had his half-conscious hand not found the power cord, he would have made that class, and the next.
Now he sat slumped in one of the many wooden chairs that scattered the empty library. The recessed lighting above the printing station flickered and buzzed to an imaginary beat as a lone janitor wheeled a squeaky trashcan across the linoleum floor. The hood of Sokka's sweatshirt hung over his head, casting his clammy face in shadow. It had been a slow night at the reference desk.
Haru pushed the cup towards him with his elbow. "Just fucking drink something, dude. We didn't even have that much last night."

Chapter I Syllabus Week Pt. I
Friday, January 10th; 4:33 p.m.
Aang shut the door of the apartment behind him, the handle still sticky from the jungle juice Sokka had spilled across the wall the night before winter break had commenced. His suitcase rolled across the wooden floor of the hallway, a tacky sound interrupting the palpable silence of an otherwise busy campus. Red plastic cups and spongy orange cylinders littered the floor, sticking to the coating of sweet intoxicants. Aang had been early getting back, which he now knew was terribly convenient for Sokka. Winter break and the events leading up to it had been a bit of a blur, but the sweet stench of alcohol and stale tobacco cast a light through his foggy memory. What had transpired didn't matter now- only a long list of bleach and citrus-scented consequences remained.
Throwing parties, Aang decided, was overrated.

“You came back.” -she whispered softly as if raising her voice could make him disappear into thin air. “I never left.” -he answered with a smile.
And her heart started beating in the spirit world. I finished it, Caz! You gave me the strength to finish it♥.
EDIT: Realized why the colours where messed up. CYMK to RGB. Fixed!
