when i was like 19 I listened to a podcast where a couple of 30+ year olds were discussing how extremely young 22 year olds are.
"up until you're about 25," they said, "you're extremely self-focused. which is totally normal and healthy, we're not saying you're Selfish. it's just that all of your energy is going into figuring out who you are and what you're doing and how you're navigating the world. and then around 25 you go through a sort of second puberty where you're able to look outside of yourself and have these moments of recognition that everyone in the world is also living a life as complex and painful and joyful and interesting as yours. and if u embrace that then that's the process by which you become a fully fledged adult."
at the time I was like WHATEVER. at my big age of 19 I am fully aware that other people HAVE LIVES. I'm so grown up and mature.
and then I relistened to that episode after turning 25 and it's like. yeah okay I see what you mean LMAO

“Covid game me narcolepsy” no you fucking pervert it didn’t. You’re just a weirdo with a gross fetish. Covid didn’t make you suddenly want to fuck dead people. Keep that shit to yourself you gods damned weirdo
I have type 2 Narcolepsy. Studies have shown that serious viral infections can cause people to develop Narcolepsy if they are already genetically susceptible to having it. This includes covid. That is what happened to me.
You on the other hand might want to google the difference between Narcolepsy and Necrophilia….
