Y'all tabletop gaming does NOT need to cost anything. if you have paper, a pencil, a phone, a few friends, and your imagination, you can play DnD. Use the DnD beyond website for character sheets and dice, completely free. Draw maps on graph paper or a whiteboard, use little random scraps of paper or trinkets as character markers. As a broke DM, I can say that DnD is absolutely almost free if you have the free time and a few friends to play with you.

Another free hobby: drawing. I guarantee that buying a pencil and a few sheets of printer paper isn't gonna break the bank. Just doodle. Draw whatever. The only commodity this person somehow doesn't have is free time, but honestly, even the most busy people tend to have at least an hour of free time per day.

You don't need a ton of time or money to have fun. Hobbies don't have to cost anything.

This person wrote a manifesto I ain’t reading all that but this is literally the type of behavior im talking about the idea hobbies all cost money is so removed from reality if you have the time to pick up your phone and write 7 paragraphs on how im victimizing you with my offhanded post you have the time to watch a movie on YouTube with your very same phone instead come on now.
