This is me today after my workout. I will post another one in 30 days for a side by side comparison.
The Workout Today:
Leg Extension - 125 pounds for 8 reps, 3 sets
Hip Abduction - 160 pounds for 20 reps, 3 sets
Hip Thrust - 250 pounds for 10 reps, 4 sets
RDL's - 25 pounds for 15 reps, 3 sets
Back Extension - 145 pounds for 15 reps, 3 sets
Weighted Lunges - 15 pounds for 10 reps, 3 sets
