A pastebin of macros.

This is a pastebin I am working on adding to. It will have everything from silly macro, to battle/raise macros to crafting and whatever else I can find. I will update a lot after 7.0 (and any other future xpacs) are released as some will break at the start of every xpac. As with all macros, use the /echo command to make it only show up for you. Put /p for party chat, /yell for yell (the yellow one) chat, /a for alliance and /shout for shout chat. Please note for /say chat, that some macros will be to long. Also please note that if you do not put any of those commands on the chat macro, it will show up in what ever chat you have it set to. If you have any macros you would like me to add, please send them to me and I will put them on the list.

how to get ahold to FFXIV support

The quickest and best way is: https://support.na.square-enix.com/contact.php?id=5382&la=1 <-----This form. Using this form, you will have a email chain that if stuff gets said then changed, you have proof of what was said. But, if for what ever reason you cannot use this or it is getting nowhere and they are taking you in circles, there is a number. They have very few call staff so it is always best to try email support then call.

Discord & FFXIV lagging while playing

So, I have been lagging while playing with discord open for a while now and I found a fix that is working for me. This ALSO fixed the overlay not working. Also, I used Discord Canary and haven't tried this with the stable build or the PTB but I do believe it will work on those builds as well.

In Discord you want, under appearance, the Chat font, the space between message groups and the zoom level all set to there defaults. Under Advanced, turn off hardware acceleration.

In FFXIV, under system configuration, Make it Fullscreen (when I set the screen resolution, I set the refresh rate to 48 Hz, I don't know if that will make a difference as that is the rate I used most of the time). Set the scales for the UI to 100%.

I tested doing runs and having discord open with these changes for a few hours last night and didn't have lag. Another thing is I don't stream at all, so if you stream to discord, I don't know if this will help you. I hope this helps someone.
