Hi I’ve been a fan of your writing, and actually wondering if you’re interested to accept any commission?

First of all, thank you so much for saying that, and I’m honored you would even ask me about accepting commission lol

I think what I’ll say for now is that I would be open to suggestions/requests! You can feel free to send a message here (or on Twitter) with any potential ideas you may have, and maybe I’ll be inspired to write something for them! And, at the very least, it would be fun to just talk through some ideas and headcanons on tumblr, and maybe write a few hundred words for it 😃

My main hesitations for officially accepting commissions are that I don’t want any of you to have to spend money on my writing (I like sharing it as is!), and, having started a full time job recently, I’m not sure if now is a good time to commit myself to any specific/longer pieces that people have their money behind. But as I figure out my work-life balance a little better, I would love to consider opening commissions and maybe putting the money toward a good cause!

All of this is to say, no official commissions for now, but feel free to message me with any ideas/requests and let’s see what I can do! And apologies in advance for any delays in responding to requests or messages in general lol work has me in a chokehold on most days

i gotta check them out!!! i already read whacky aphrodites fics and talking to the moon but not the rest!! and tbh, so glad some ppl refer to them as classics bc i also do that in my head. the sequel to tttm literally killed me. i still wait for updates 💔

tho those do make me wonder, who were your top ships? do you like most pairings or are there any specific ones that you like more than others? sry if it’s a lot, i’m curious 🥲

honestly I would (and probably have) read any twice pairing, but chronologically my favorite ships have been something like:

mimo (early in my journey as a once, and again a “classic,” if you will, when it comes to twice ships)

2yeon (have you seen them. obsessed. TT era 2yeon you will always be so special to me)

minayeon (there was a surge in their fics/popularity starting like late 2018-early 2019?? and i was all for it. i literally think it started because of that ask in a box video from dtna era)

sanayeon (something is just so good about this ship to me)

sahyo (my newest hyperfixation)

maybe a better question to ask is what pairings DON’T i like (and the answer is none i love all of them)

first of all, i'm so sorry for the delay on replying to this -- work has been work, which is to say it's been long and terrible lol as for your question, you could literally go to ao3 and filter twice fics by kudos and i've probably read most of everything there is on the first few pages (and honestly would recommend them all -- there are so many talented writers in this fandom). but i have a special place in my heart for UnderneathAnotherTree's fics (i literally remember waiting for every single update of Operation Snob Sabotage back in like 2018-19), and of course i have to give a shoutout to what i consider some of the classics, like talking to the moon by brtozaki and kiss her once (kiss her twice to keep the night on) by heartsofglass. ALSO omg Queen of Mars by Barefootnotea, Burning by sorrymom, push me (until i break) by stuckonyoo, Lost Forever, Lost Together by artistic_groove...oh god there are too many good ones i could never name them all. twice fic writers i love you and thank you for feeding me for like 7 years now. for more recent fics, anything whacky_aphrodite writes i am completely and utterly obsessed with. same for cryingforhyo (adreamaloud), sweetsummerday, and so many others. honestly there are just so many great fics in the twice fandom -- and if you go to my twitter there are even more talented writers i follow whose fics i'd all recommend!

Because it’s a tradition to have sex in the library!! (No but actually I feel like so many universities have weird traditions that you don’t really know about until you get on campus and it’s like yeah everyone’s had sex in the library…)

And as for why Sana was mentioning it—let’s just say she’s not one to go against tradition lol

Mina was definitely always like omg that’s such a terrible thing to do I would never disrespect a LIBRARY like that and then Nayeon’s like do you want to have sex in the library and she’s like 🙂↕️ 🙂↕️ 🙂↕️

i used to volunteer as a writing tutor and briefly worked in a library before i went to college, so i was immediately intrigued when i came across your minayeon fic!!

and ohhhh my god it had me up at 4am giggling and kicking my feet 😭 im so in love with the way you write, but im also in love with the dynamics between the members you’ve created. i particularly enjoy your rendition of the j-line and their relationships with each other! as much as i love the romantic pairings (sahyo and chaeyu are SOOO CUTEEE i love that you included them) the platonic relationships are just as important to pull everything together, and i think you’ve really excelled at creating those dynamics that feel both realistic and fresh at the same time.

the way you express the dichotomy between nayeon and mina’s perspectives on everything is so well-written and amazing. i really enjoy getting to read and think more about philosophy and theory through their lenses!

side note: i’m so grateful you’ve written momo as someone with academic intelligence and depth, bc imo there are far too many people (even unknowingly via fics) pushing the narrative that momo is dumb and it kinda really hurts me every time i think about that bc its simply not true even if she can be a bit absent-minded at times (but who isnt?)

I’m glad you’re enjoying the fic so far, especially as someone who’s also been a writing tutor! At first I wasn’t sure how niche writing tutoring is, but it was such a big part of my college experience (and some of the most academically gifted—and argumentative—people I knew in college were my fellow tutors) that I just felt like this college AU had to center around it lol

And I’ve said this before on one platform or another but I really appreciate hearing that people have liked the friendship dynamics in particular—this is the first fic I’ve written with such strong emphasis on platonic pairings/trios and I wasn’t sure how it would translate! J-line here actually reflect my own roommate/best friend situation in college so it’s super close to my heart and really takes me back 🥲 (can I say that if I only graduated 3 months ago lol)

I’m so fascinated by philosophy and its intersection with language/literature (although I’m in no way well versed in either), so I’ve been using minayeon to bounce some fun ideas off of each other—thank you for letting me know that my inner ramblings-turned-dialogue actually came out ok 😭

And RETWEET on the Momo stuff, I think she’s such a compelling character to extrapolate into writing, and sometimes we get lost in her natural sense of humor and confuse some of the more goofy parts of her personality with her being “dumb,” but she’s a lot more than whatever caricature we assign to her (along with all our other RPF characters) so we might as well recognize her more holistically as an individual

I guess what I’m trying to say in this long reply is that this fic really resonates with a lot of my own college experiences, and it’s been such a pleasure to write, and I’m so grateful that you’ve enjoyed it, so thank you again for this wonderful ask! 🫶🫶

I’ve loved minayeon ever since I saw that crazy ask in a box video where nayeon kissed mina on the lips in 2018. And sahyo is a newer but arguably even more insane ship of mine, so hopefully more to come for both!
