You may feel anxiety, sadness, guilt, grief, shame, or are unable to let go of a painful experience. These feelings can be overwhelming and absorb your thoughts, affect sleep, physical or mental health, ability to connect with others, or capacity to focus and learn. You might blame yourself or have self-critical thoughts. This can feel isolating and heavy, getting in the way of living a full, happy, and authentic life, in accord with your values and needs. If you want to connect with your compassionate and wise self, and live with more happiness, ease, and connection with others, please take this step & reach out. My psychotherapy approach to healing & restoration is integrative, tailored to each client; it's based on cultivating self-compassion & grounded in research, awareness-building & mindfulness; it's culturally sensitive. Mindfulness & self-compassion skills are not easy yet they are effective to support yourself, especially the wounded or unseen/unheard parts. I discovered mindfulness, compassion, and yoga in my journey of healing a stressful work & family environments. These approaches have sustained me & with them I empower clients to learn how to cultivate compassion for themselves, build mindfulness, emotional balance & autonomy. To learn more, email me for a 15-minute consultation or introductory session.

Please join us this Thursday at 7pm at Wonderlit Studio in Toronto as we turn toward the practice of enoughness; and how to embody it in a world that insists we are never quite enough.
We live in a culture shaped by extraction. Our time, labour, attention, and even our healing journeys are often caught in a loop of more. But the Earth and the dharma remind us that life is made not only of effort but of ease…of doing and being.
Through meditation, earth connection, and shared reflection, we will root ourselves in rhythms that nourish rather than deplete. We practice letting go of urgency and remembering the steadier ground of presence and interbeing.

Mindful Earth Refuge- April 24th Sit -Grief and Love
We gather again this Thursday! Anchoring in Our Grief and Love for the Earth: A Mindful Earth Gathering
In honour of Earth Month, we will gather to explore the sister energies of grief and love as vital resources for meeting our current reality. Rather than shutting down in the face of loss or overwhelm, we will practice opening to the sorrow we feel for the Earth while also nurturing the deep love that propels us toward collective healing. Through meditation and reflective sharing, we will learn to hold and transform these powerful emotions into compassionate action. By anchoring ourselves in both grief and love, we cultivate the resilience and clarity needed to remain fully present to the challenges of our world and to respond with engaged hearts.
When & Where
When: Thursday, April 24, 2025 7:00–8:30 pm (Registration begins at 6:45 pm)
Where: Wonderlit Studio 243 Wallace Ave, Toronto, ON M6H 1V5 (near Lansdowne TTC)
This session is open to all, with a sliding scale fee of $15–$20. Register Here. We hope to see you soon, Simona and Rosemina www.mindfulearthrefuge.ca
