@cemeteryangel725 have been writing some office based naughtiness.
Ever since his division at work was rebranded as the Department of Institutional Learning Frameworks, Anthony Crowley has been tasked with preparing the monthly DILF Report, a mind-numbing compilation of training surveys. But there’s only one DILF he really wants to report on, and that’s his boss, Aziraphale Fell. When he screws up big time at work, he might just get the opportunity to do so.
Read it here.

someone suggested a good omens prompt inspired by the aristocats and i know theres a lot of cats!good omens stuff out there already but im an absolute slut for cute disney romance so i went for it anyway
aziraphale is a pure bred siberian cat who lives a cozy life in a bookshop, crowley is a pure bred oriental shorthair (with deficient eye coloring) who was abandoned by his breeder and lives in the streets. they fall in love and crowley runs into the bookshop to save aziraphale from the fire, because i’m a dramatic idiot
also aziraphale’s owner is definitely gabriel and he sneaks out of the house every day to see his secret boyfriend while vehemently insisting he’d never be the partner of a gutter cat absolutely not sir

Oohhh I likely this idea. Can see the fics already.
I'm all for feminine Aziraphale and ineffable wives, but I feel like there is a bit to be said about how it would work for them.
The way I see it, Crowley is more naturally fluid in his manner of presentation, and is not really attached to a certain way of appearance. Aziraphale, on the other hand, seems more settled in his identity. Like his velvet waistcoat, well-worn and loved; being a man-presenting creature is, for him, like wearing your favourite set of clothes - familar and cozy.
It's not that Aziraphale would object to becoming more feminine in appearance, but I think if he ever were to do that, it would have to happen gradually. One garment at a time.

Your marlin merman boyfriend has been a catch from the time you first laid eyes on him. wheeze
Great opening! - stands alone pretty good too
Your marlin merman boyfriend has been a catch from the time you first laid eyes on him.
“Over there, Captain.” The tourist that called for your attention points over the railing. “The poor thing...”
You peer off the starboard side of your modestly sized ferry ship. Out in the choppy sea, you notice a disturbance that doesn’t look quite like the breaking of the other white caps.
There is indeed a merman in distress, just like the tourist had said.
What he’s doing could only really be called swimming if you were being generous. The stripes on his body flash bright white in the sunlight with each wild lunge, as if he was hunting an invisible target.
His body is awkwardly cramped, his arms wrapped tightly against himself in bright blue twine.
Probably a drift net. They’re outlawed in all of the locales that your ferry visits, but that doesn’t stop the local fishermen from still using them.
The boat hook in your hand certainly isn’t long enough to reach the water’s surface from the observation deck. Instead, you rush down the ladder to the lower stern deck.
Then you wait, eyes peeled on the water’ surface.
The merman’s struggling form comes back into view. You wait, hook poised aloft, until the water pulls him into the churning waves of the boat’s wake.
It’s all a blur of movement after the hook snags the line. You hoist the full weight of the merman with a grunt of effort.
There’s a thump, then the sound of the wooden pole of the hook being knocked from your hands, and the hectic scrabbling of fins and claws.
He’s still thrashing erratically against his textile assailant once he’s safely on deck. The panic has clearly overridden any logical thinking- he’s struggling like a wild animal backed into a corner.
First order of business: grab the wickedly sharp horn jutting from his forehead by the base. Not the most polite gesture, you’re sure, but you’d rather not get gored while trying to help him.
With him more stabilized, you manage to slip the blade of your unfolded utility knife under the offending net and partially slice through it.
Before you can even finish the cutting motion, the merman has broken loose from both your grip and the confines of the net, ripping the fibers the rest of the way through sheer force.
Luckily, you can’t see any injuries. Just thoroughly exhausted, and perhaps a bit disoriented.
You can, however, see that he is pretty.
You’ve never seen merfolk with quite such brilliantly hued scales before, and you have seen a lot of them in your time.
“Well then, now that that ordeal’s sorted- You’re lucky enough to have found yourself on a lodger ferry with some vacancies,” You pat your damp palms on your thighs summarily and grin at your new guest. “Let’s get you below deck for a nice meal and some rest, hm?”
You offer a palm out to him, and he regards it cooly and suspiciously. His third eyelid flicks over his eyes, and for a moment, he almost looks catlike.
“...What’s the catch?” He coughs, voice still froggy and hoarse from switching from gills to throat.
“No catch.”
“There’s always a catch.”
“There is no catch,” You repeat genuinely, but a funny smile creeps onto your face. You can’t help yourself, and add; “Well, besides you.”
He rolls his eyes at you. After a moment, though, he takes your hand.

Eden Burning
Hey guess what. Fic update.
Eden Burning, rated E, ch. 3/4, 18k. https://archiveofourown.org/works/39414618/chapters/168910786 Good Omens human AU, 1981 music festival, wet sexiled rock stars in a muddy field who don't want to get back on that stinky tour bus again. So they go find a hotel. Guess how much room service they order. Guess how many beds there are.
Tumblr media
"Could you order us some food?” Crowley asked. “Anything you like, my treat, since you got the room. I'll take a bath, an' when I’m done, you -- uh -- youwwwwhhhh..." Crowley froze in place and let his jaw keep working stupidly, even though no sound was coming out.
He had no other clothes.
Neither of them had other clothes.
"Rrrright," he said aloud. The one useful part of living on a tour bus blazed meteor-like across his consciousness: having all his shit.

Good Omens Fanfic Friday (04 Apr 2025)
I struck a vein of fantastic stories, and I come to you this week with a wide assortment of tales, from canon to human, G-rated to Explicit, and everything in between.
Cast Adrift (19K; Rated E) by @naromoreau
Fairy Tale AU. Aziraphale is a lighthouse keeper who accidentally summons a gorgeous, red-haired selkie. The selkie lost his pelt in the process, so Aziraphale offers to host him and swears he'll do everything he can to help him recover it. Of course, love follows.
***
Under the Awning (6K; Rated G) by @heyimdove
The rarepair you never thought you'd see: Hastur/Muriel (but note the rating; no worries about finding out what's under Hastur's trenchcoat). A one-shot follow-up for Drinking Buddies and Diaries (31K; Rated NR), Hastur runs into Muriel during a sudden rainstorm and is immediately smitten (and not the way he thought he'd be). There's a little bit of Aziraphale/Crowley here, mostly as they try to figure out why Hastur keeps lurking near the bookshop.
You can read this without reading the first story (though it's fantastic and I highly recommend you do anyway), as long as you just accept that certain things are the way they are.
***
Something There that Wasn't There Before (98K; Rated E) by @zehwulf
Fairy Tale AU. Femme!Crowley and beast!Aziraphale. A bit of Sleeping Beauty; a bit of Cinderella; a bit of Beauty & The Beast. Crowley agrees to be the companion to the cursed Lord Fell for a few weeks at his castle (he was actually just looking for a horse).
It's obvious to everyone else that Crowley is genuinely attracted to Aziraphale, but she also wants out of her terrible home, and Aziraphale worries that she would be bored living with him with his near-hermit lifestyle and doesn't want to give in to his own attraction to the lively woman. Cue angst (but not extensive) and eventually a happy ending.
***
Demon Summoning is More Fun with Friends (7K; Rated G) by @ochre-sunflower
Outsider POV. I had the honor of beta-reading this one, and I couldn't wait for it to be posted so I could tell everyone how wonderful it is. Crowley gets summoned by a cult, and Aziraphale wants to tag along. Matt's POV is amazing, and I loved how in control of the situation the husbands were the entire time.
***
The Nice and Accurate Guide to TPS Reports (74K; Rated T) by @nicetryfed
Human AU. It's Office Space, but make it Good Omens. Aziraphale and Crowley are project managers at rival companies who are tasked to work together on a project no one seems to fully understand. Despite their respective companies' "no fraternization rules," they fall in love. The story follows the basic beats of the original movie while putting an original spin on it. Great use of Muriel in the Milton role.
***
Romancing The Tome (40K; Rated E)
Human AU. If you've seen Romancing The Stone (Michael Douglas/Kathleen Turner) or The Lost City (Sandra Bullock/Channing Tatum), you have some idea of what to expect in this adventure story. The sister of popular romance novelist, Aziraphale Wilder, is kidnapped, and Aziraphale is ordered to bring a valuable book to the kidnappers for her safe return. Along the way, he runs into a gorgeous red-haired man who ends up helping him but also seems to have his own motives about the whole situation.

an arm to be held at the wrist (E, 4/5 chapters posted) - a good omens human au by ineffabildaddy
Aziraphale Fell, the most highly regarded American Traditional tattoo artist in Central London, spends each Friday evening in the French restaurant opposite his studio on Whickber Street. One night, he plucks up the courage to strike up a real conversation with Crowley, the dashing waiter who always serves him (and happens to be covered in tattoos). That night, Aziraphale offers Crowley a tattoo appointment to take place after his shop's opening hours, which Crowley happily accepts. When they're finally alone together in Aziraphale's studio, both men realise that it won’t be long before the tension between them comes to a head.
this work is a gift for @portraitofalonelydyke!
if all goes to plan, the final chapter will be posted sunday 13th april!
reblogs and comments are forever treasured<3

24 Hours (I've Waited My Whole Life)
Tumblr media
I've managed to write and complete an entire fic. Yay me! Updates will probably be weekly or more often if I get impatient. 😅
24 Hours (I've Waited My Whole Life)
Rating: E
Chapter: 1 of 8
Summary:
Aziraphale was not expecting any visitors on his birthday. He definitely was not expecting a tall, handsome man with glorious copper-coloured hair and a wicked grin, yet he couldn’t deny one seemed to have turned up at his door. It was not exactly clear why the man was there, but Aziraphale had a sinking feeling about the whole thing. He was going to be having some very stern words with Anathema when she got back from her honeymoon.
Excerpt:
The problem was when he wasn’t thinking about either of those things his gaze inevitably drifted to the stretch of denim around a tight arse and the flex of a shirt around that slender waist. He really needed to pull himself together and start giving thought to other things.
Like the fact Crowley was cleaning his entire flat, all because Aziraphale had refused to let him do his actual job and had been unsuccessful in attempting to get him to go home.
It was a thoroughly bizarre and unexpected occurrence in his usually boring, pedestrian lifestyle – like something out of a book. Things like this just didn’t happen to him. Perhaps he was still asleep and having some kind of random dream, brought on by eating too much cheese too close to bedtime.
CW: Anathema stomps all over Aziraphale's boundaries in a big way
@goodomensafterdark Thank you to all the writers at GOAD who encouraged me and also helped wrangle some of the sentences in this fic when they were getting the better of me. There's too many to name and I'd be terrified of forgetting anyone if I tried, but thank you to all of you for your support!

Hey folks. There sure is a lot of Everything going on, and I'm sorry to be mentioning another piece of it.
But I want to call your attention to beautiful Palm Harbor Library, which is currently being singled out by a member of the county's board of commissioners. The supposed area of concern is "promotion of inappropriate materials and ideologies in the children's section," and though the discussion is largely focused on gender identity, there's also a complaint in his statement about children being exposed to the concept of abolishing prisons. Buddy, there are children 0-12 who have loved ones in prisons. They have every right to be educated about that just as they have every right to be educated about identities.
Vince Nowicki's proposal in the meeting suggests that he's only concerned with promotion of these materials and that his resolution won't lead to banning or removal of works... but the language in the current written proposal suggests otherwise, granting the right to remove materials deemed inappropriate.
Another member of the board speaks very casually about "getting their attention through the budget," which is a pretty thinly veiled threat against staff and resources, which negatively impacts the community he claims to be interested in protecting. There's also a mention of the previous director having "retired or left or whatever"... take your guesses about whether it's a coincidence 🙃
So what can you do? Currently, there is a petition against that resolution, which hasn't yet been pushed. It's worth sharing to try to keep that resolution from moving forward to the point of being enforceable! But remember, these people are going to try to get their way through other means (budget) even if the resolution is never passed.
So the things you can do about that are:
Call them (and others) out on those threats. They willingly admit in the meeting linked about that they're not receiving complaints from the community about materials in the library and are instead acting on their own opinions. They have seen a place where they can exert power and just want to kick over someone's sandcastle because they can.
Spread awareness. Any response to this situation is better coming from members of the impacted community, but they might not yet be aware of the the situation, and you might be able to bring it to their attention.
Check in with your own local institutions! Libraries all over are under fire to different degrees, and they're not the only ones. There is a lot happening, but we can make a big difference by focusing on strengthening local protections.
