Look, if looking at someone’s stuff makes you uncomfortable, it’s safer to put some distance between you and that person. Unfollow, mute, block, whatever that works.

Don’t force yourself to look at their stuff. Don’t force yourself to create contents for things you don’t like. Don’t force yourself to befriend them. Don't do it when you are not ready. It’s not good for your mental health. It’s not safe for that person either. Because unless you get those feelings under control, one day they did something triggering, there’s gonna be backhanded comments and competitive behavior happening again. It’s just not how healthy friendship is.

The email from Wattpad is so condescending imagine pressuring writers to update and work while they are doing it for free and fun. Also the discovery? Algorithm? Of Wattpad looks like a stressful popularity contest 😑

I feel that once I get past 35 (yes I’m that old) my bandwidth for everything is like 50% or less compared to when I was in my 20s. I get agitated and cranky easily when I stay online for too long. So I just don’t reblog or look at many posts here or on Twitter anymore.

I kinda hate the idea that if someone draws nsfw/kink art they are immediately looked down upon, especially queer/trans artists. I feel art like that is a way for us to express ourselves and our sexualities since a majority of us grew up in god fearing households or with conservative leaning family members. it's pure expressionism at best and freedom at most. open ur mind a lil ok.
