It high key bothers me when people say that Hawkmoth committed genocide in the show. You mean mass murder. Genocide has a specific meaning it’s inappropriate to water down.

Worst problem in this fandom is people writing ff but they aren’t lesbians themselves. Mlbfemslashfebruary had it a big problem and mod didn’t call it out.

It’s lesbians exclusive to write Julerose and thats the only canon lesbians so other characters should not be written with women particularly Kagami has dated now two men and is NOT A LESBIAN

It is lesbiphonic to try to write strainht girls gay because you can’t appreciate REAL lesbians

Probably a very controversial take but I legitimately don't think Marinette is as traumatized by Cat Blanc as most of her fans make her out to be.

Obviously, I'm not saying she isn't traumatized, I'm just saying it's not as bad as some of her more die-hard fans make it out to be. My reason is because she on two separate occasions saw him completely dressed head to toe in all white and had zero issues. Hell one of those times was the result of him being akumatized by Betterfly and she watched it happen too

Genuinely dislike how the show handled Socqueline.

Like Jubilation, aka her debut episode, significantly downplayed her importance in Marinette's life to the point that the common takeaway when that episode initially aired was that Socqueline was just Marinette's school friend, that she instantly lost all contact with the moment they didn't share the same school.

Then boom Derision comes out and retcons I mean reveal in flashbacks that Socqueline was Marinette's guardian angel keeping that demon at bay! and that she was Marinette's best friend before Alya, dare I say even closer, which just does not fit what was shown in Jubilation, especially when they talked about chloe in that ep. Then again giving the middle finger to continuity is something Derision is known and hated for.

Anyways! After that episode she just... vanishes completely from the rest of the series; no third appearance, references, hell she doesn't even get used as a background character! And now thanks to the new animation style she's likely never going to appear again, which sucks cuz she could have been such an interesting character.

So one thing things fandom like's doing is pretending a character isn't well written when it's not someone you like cause you do realize you can criticize how a character is written and at the same time dislike them it's simple.

And also almost every character was badly written in the later part of the shows btw.

Tbh realistically I don't see Audrey as the kind of woman to get pregnant twice.

You know one thing I dislike about this show is how they treat teenage girls compared to adults because tell me why the show says Chloe having bad parents doesn't excuse her actions whereas for adults like Andre apparently him having a bad wife and the fact he wanted to be a film director but was forced to be mayor does for him mind you for Andre the show initially blames his daughter for his issues how that works I don't know or how Marinette is sometimes made to do the weirdest of things just because they want an akuma of the week episode to happen.

And let's not talk about how every bad parents abuse seems to be settled in one episode.

I think the ending of Marc and Nathaniel's comic from Ruler is a very obvious foreshadowing to Mari and Adrien revealing their identities to eachother and still having their happy ending if not in this season then in the next one

The fandom needs to stop being so polarized.

You don't have to be on team Marinette or team Adrien—you can be critical (and dislike) of both! You can also wish they were better written, while you dislike them in canon.

So I know it's a few episodes in but tbh Season 6 is already better than the last 3 seasons as far as I'm concerned.

You know people who have this mindset that Chloe is abused doesn't mean anything because she herself is abusive are toxic people because don't get me wrong does her being abused excuse her actions no does she deserve consequences for what she's put others through yes but at the same time her parents who failed to raise her right deserve to take responsibilities for their failures.

And the thing is admitting this won't take anything out of your life like you don't even have to like her for God sake to know that two things can coexist for once ffs.

Maybe hot take, the London special should have not have been called the London special, cuz unlike the other three specials it BARELY took place in its name sake! spening the vast majority of the time in Pairs and Borrow!

Like you could EASILY cut out the name part of its name and just called it "Miraculous World: At the Edge of Time" instead but nooo we have to waste the London name for some reason. Not to mention it isn't like there is nothing they could have done with London beyond *this* when two characters are not only there rn(Chloé, Felix) but how we also literally are supposed to have another show within the same universe going to taking place there(Double Rose)!

So all I just want to say is that it's not everyone that hates derision is a Chloe fan some of us hate it cause it's a retcon and two it has plot holes.

If you like it that's fine but stop assuming if someone hates it either they're a Chloe fan or they misunderstood the episode simple.

All I got to say is season 4 and 5 are the worst seasons in the show cause they did a lot of characters dirty and also it's not just one or two characters in the show that their fandom has toxic stans. It's every character who has a lot of cult following in the show that has toxic fans.

Please stop using it for fandom/writers salt, especially when some of the ML writers are Jewish.
