havin trouble w keeping my gargoyle's design consistent so i tried doing a skull study, using random animal skulls mixed together.. but then i came to realize this would mean being able to make the skulls consistent.... which i clearly cannot do. the bottom two look the same, but the top middle does not (head shape) but thats the most accurate to their design!!!
