You didn't realize that Lester was in love.

He would always show up at the gas station you worked at, staying there longer than a normal customer.

And of course you noticed the less-than-discreet looks he gave you.

Lester didn't hide it very well.

But you thought it was just that: an admiration, him analyzing his appearance like many other men did.

However, unlike the others, he never treated you with disrespect.

He never said nasty things he wanted to do to you, never made you uncomfortable.

Despite looking like a normal guy, there was one thing about him that you didn't know.

The man inside the truck, however, was watching her every move. Ready that once you were close enough, he'd grab you and take you away, like he's wanted for so many months. That's exactly what he did.

Abruptly opening the car, the man you recognized as Lesger pulls you into the car and motions for you to be quiet. You didn't hesitate. Who would listen to you anyway? And you wouldn't risk it either. And even if you did decide to scream for it, it became impossible as soon as a piece of cloth was stuffed into your mouth. He tied his hands behind his back and left his body in the passenger seat as he got behind the wheel.

He drove silently home, the sound of bones hanging from the truck filling the room. By the way, you understand why this guy smells so weird. Everything that was his smelled the same, the smell of rot and death.

He parked next to a log cabin and you didn't know how you got there. Maybe you should have paid attention on the way to escape later! Or you can randomly run around the streets, hoping that some random traveler will find you and save you.

But you didn't do any of that when you got out of the car. In fact, you followed the path he indicated, obeying like a puppy. You didn't even know why you were acting this way, but it feels safer than trying to escape.

“Welcome to your new home.” Lester said beaming. You found it endearing despite the situation situation.

He took the cloth out of your mouth as soon as you were safely in the house, with the door locked.

You didn't know how he had come up with so many women's clothes. He didn't seem to have the money to buy so many clothes. Nor was it the style of clothing found in that seedy town where you lived.

But you were grateful to have something to wear.

Now, about sleeping...

You had a separate room. Lester locked you in this room every day at seven at night.

When you first arrived at the cabin, you thought it would be kept in a musty, dark basement, so you were very surprised with a room (and very grateful too).

Sometimes he was a little physically forceful, touching your hair and arms when you were distracted.

He liked to praise you.
