Having created some colouring in sheets for Brighton restaurant Donatello, I had to colour one in!

When I sit down in front of a blank piece of paper, pen in hand, I never know exactly what I'm going to end up creating. Many drawings end up stacked in a drawer or on a sketchbook page whilst others are invited to have colour applied or get represented in another medium.

This image made the journey from drawing to 3D with movement and music on top. Some pictures have all the luck…
