While she saw Atticus quite frequently due to classes, it had been a good while since she had really spent any time with him. She had always had a soft spot for him though as his talent and inner fire were qualities that she held great admiration for. And as it seemed, he was going to need that inner fire more than ever now. Hopefully she could lend a hand or at least an ear and be a friend to him. "May I sit?" The vampiress asked politely. "We do not have to speak of your...current condition...if you do not wish to. But please know that I simply want to help, should you care to talk" Grace informed him, a cool and gentle hand lowering to rest briefly on his shoulder.

Atticus didn't quite understand the scent thing with different supers. Werewolves was an obvious one, but maybe it would take some time. He was self-conscious now about how he smelled to other people, terrified of smelling like a dead body, so his showers tripled in time, until he couldn't smell anything but body soap. Grace's voice was familiar enough to him, so he turned a little and looked up at her, over his shoulder, with a tired, clearly fake smile. "I think it's pretty wise," he defended. "This way I don't get tempted by something I shouldn't." He sipped at the Hydroflask of blood, licking his lips. "I died," he said, plainly. "As one does."

Do we have a deal?" Grace asked, eyes as deep and sweet as honey as she held out a pale hand to seal their deal.
