< Currently reading: Chapter {1} of Needless to say >
[Japan, Musutafu: U.A. High]
"Are you sure about this?"
Obsidian eyes flickered towards the blonde that asked the question. Hesitation and anxiety pooled in their stomachs, at least two of the humans in the room.
A mouse sat by his desk, his paws delicately holding the steaming cup of tea. "They have been waiting for it. I just know it."
"Waiting for what, exactly? Revenge? Rebellion? The end of humanity?"
Hesitant teal gazes remained connected to illustrated red ones until it broke off due to his sudden movement of facing the speaking mouse in front of him, "Though they were the ones that severed the connection they benefit the most, albeit with no hesitation. Due to the acts of thievery and unequal treatment humanity has displayed to Regrarian's, giving second chances no matter the past, remains at the back of their thick skulls."
The mouse placed the cup after a sip, his ear twitching at the speaking ravennette leaning at the wall, "Sure, that's what they're very well known for. But they had already gave us a chance to redeem ourselves- the second chance our ancestors took advantage of."
The ravennette leaned even more, frustration dripping in his tone, "They were fed with hope full of filthy lies. I have no doubt they will do the same to us some time soon."
The mouse gazed upon a magenta shawl, reaching his paws towards it and treading it as softly as his gaze, "Humanity has a very... very long history of conflict and bloodshed that they had involved themselves within their will. Our actions and decisions during this present times, no matter the past that we should reflect on, remains repetitive. We didn't change- humanity didn't change."
The ravennette and blond clenched their knuckles even more tighter. The fact uttered by the mouse remains forever true, eternally true, unchanging.
Naturally, they're raising the next generation of heroes. Passing on their beliefs that still remains unchanging, "Heroes fights Villains." or, "To protect the weak, be the strongest.'
But change.
The thought of change they entertained,
It has yet to occur.
No, It never happened.
Change, never happened.
They didn't let change happen.
They- Humanity refuses to change.
"With that being said," The mouse took their attention with his sudden proclamation with a chirp, the tense atmosphere immediately gone, "The Begonia Sampaguita's borders has been closed off long enough. I'm sure they've been thinking of opening to its neighbors, don't you think so?"
The ravennette's left eye twitched as the blond sweatdropped at his statement.
The mouse sat himself comfortably then interlocked his paws above his desk, "I've recently came across these kind children that told me this supposedly mythical method of communicating to Regraria's."
Ah yes, the Regraria myth that every children had tried once in their life, which includes the ravennette who's massaging his temples at the memory and the reminiscing gaze of the blond.
'Those were good times... But uh oh, this is not good.'
"Then I've researched about how humans communicated with Regrarian's back then and all of the collected data from the Regrarian's Museum of Japan states that messages are sent through water!"
The mouse ecstatically gestured to the large vase sitting idly by his feet, the two eyeing it silently. "It wouldn't hurt giving the Regrarian messaging a try so I sent greetings and a few occasional gifts as well!"
The blond let out a laugh, "I remembered back when my peers tried to send themselves to them!"
Those beady eyes of the mouse flickered curiously with a slight curl of his lips, "And what happened? Did they manage to get through?"
"Hm?- Oh! They were sent flying from out the water, fully knocked out!"
The blond again, let out a boisterous laugh at the memory, his eyes crinkled. The ravennette grumbled under his breath and strutted towards the door, dismissing the loud laughs and squeaky giggles at the retelling of childhood memories of the largest in the room.
The mouse bid him goodbye while he was within earshot. He did the same to the blond who left a few minutes later because of hero duties.
Hearing the click of the door, the mouse sipped the now refilled cup of tea with delight. Relaxation settling in his nerves.
He leaned back and gazed at the shawl thoughtfully, a handicraft supposedly sewn by Regraria's.
Hidden messages within its seams for he was informed as he bought it. Its worth is much more than what it looks like.
Suspicious was he but now believes the utterances of the seller wholeheartedly.
His attention was stolen when he saw the ripples of water caused by a white thing in the vase.
He gently placed the empty tea cup down on his desk and hopped off his seat. He approached the vase as his tail swished behind him curiously.
Pure pearl like white floated in the water, he silently compared it to his white fur and the white thing won. It seems like he has to take a little bit more care of himself now.
He took it out slowly and gently. The wet state of the item did the same to the floor, as he held it in front of him, fascinated by how quick it dries. He recognized that its a shawl hiding messages like the other one.
His mouth turned upwards with a glint in his eyes showing his determination on translating both pieces. Not even regarding the fact that there's no back up translation due to his confidence in his quirk.
He just hopes it contains the agreement to his offer though.

Summary:
BNHA X OC: In which humanity has been given yet another chance of redemption. The victims of their wrongdoings prompted to send a half human and half Regraria. It wasn't well thought off, one could say and the Huria himself couldn't agree more.
