Today, as I was receiving my grade for Physics II and saying goodbye to my professor, who is retiring next semester, I hugged her, and she said something that touched me:
"You are such a charismatic and always positive girl. Don't ever change. There were times when I would come to class very frustrated, and you would come up to me and say, 'How are you, Professor?' And you would make me smile."
The truth is, she acted more like my mother than my biological mother.
