MJ was ready to push her off again as she shoved him, but he figured he wouldn't get away with it twice. So instead of he just smirked at her, stepping as close to her as he possibly could. "Maybe just wait your turn." he said, raising an eyebrow before backing off, going to stand in the exact same spot he was in before. "You don't scare me." he said, expressionless as he glanced over at her. Mentally he was cursing at himself, he had planned on bettering himself here, but for some reason he was off to a flying start with this interaction. "This spot is just so nice isn't it?"
She stood quickly, especially hearing the others words. Something like a snarl almost came to her lips, stalking forward and shoving him harshly. "I was trying to get in the store which doorway you were blocking, asshole, maybe don't loiter in the doorway of a busy store if you don't want people coming close to you. You need to fucking watch it, and watch who you're fucking with."

Min-Jun looked up for a second, looking at her, before going back to the cat. "Thought it'd make you feel better." he said casually, before taking a sip of coffee from his cup. "Thought you would not appreciate it if a random stranger just sat by you, it's why I said it." he spoke softly, thinking of how to phrase things to not come over worse than he already was.
Off to a great start, like he always was, he thought of how he could twist it better, be nicer, because he wasn't about to apologize. "You can adopt cats here right? Were you considering this one?"
Cat therapy might not be a medically approved form of treatment, but gosh if it doesn't help her unwind a bit. She'd given up on actually typing anything on her lesson plan quite a while ago, instead entranced by the little tabby that had decided her keyboard was truly the best seat in the house. But when somebody interjects and snags the cat's attention from her, it's hard not to feel at least a little betrayed. "Wow, okay, little rude." She says, not sure if its to tabby or to Min-Jun.

Min-Jun hadn't meant to push the other as hard as he did, he'd just wanted to shove her a bit further away. Even though he felt a pang of guilt in his chest, he wouldn't show that on his face, instead he opted for no expression as he stared her dead in the eyes. "Maybe don't come so close to me next time." he grumbled. "I don't like people in my space. This is your own fault." he rolled his eyes, mumbling something in Korean as he watched her.
She had the wind knocked out of her as she was thrown to the floor, pain immediately radiating from where her back had collided. Annalise let out a soft groan, but she pulled herself up as quickly as she could and scowled at the other, "What the fuck is wrong with you?!" The blonde exclaimed, hand ready to go for a weapon if she needed it. Lis wasn't sure if it was an accident or the start of an attack, and fuck she'd been through far too much this past week to take any shit.

Open to: anybody Location: cool beans cat cafe
It had been an exhausting week, moving from South Korea to America, all on your own was not something he had wanted to do. But he felt a bit more at peace now. Settling into a small apartment he let out a sigh of relief. Maybe, finally, he could just be himself, no more family pressure. He had taken a couple of days to adjust, but the apartment felt empty. He had always lived alone, but for some reason this was different - maybe it was because it was a new country, a whole new life. He needed something, someone, anything to keep his mind busy so he could focus on getting a job, maybe even join a new pack.
He had already explored a little bit, found the cool beans cat cafe... it was odd, a werewolf owning a cat but it felt right. He knew he didn't have the time to keep up with a dog, and he felt like a dog meant he had to talk to people. While a cat-- a nice little indoor cat was just perfect.
He ordered a coffee, and sat down, there was an odd feeling of peace in his chest, like he could actually relax in this place. He started to scan the room, seeing if there was any cat that managed to captivate his attention immediately. He spotted one, however it was already at another table being pet. He decided to muster up all his courage and head over there. "Mind if I join you?" he asked, no expression on his face. Before the other could even answer he sat down, stretching his hand out for the cat to sniff. "I'm not here for you, by the way." he added, attention all focused on the cat. Maybe he should be a bit more polite, maybe he should attempt to make a friend in this town, but hell if he knew how to even start that.

He wasn't sure why he was here. It had been a seemingly stupid mistake to walk into a club like this. But he had done it anyway, and now here he was, sipping away at a drink he didn't want, looking over people he didn't know and regretting the entire decision to come out anyway.
He had wanted to get to know people, attempt to make a friend or two in this town, not that this was the place for it. Maybe it was a way for him to yet again attempt to convince himself he was straight, that he enjoyed doing dumb stuff like this.
He was looking around, scanning faces and memorizing facial features, something he'd learned to do to distract himself. His eyes had locked on a handsome gentleman, in order to keep his mind from wandering he'd started looking for distinct features on the guy, only stopping to do so when he heard someone speak to him. For a moment he felt like he was caught doing something he shouldn't, even though he could talk his way out of it easily. He looked at where the voice was coming from, a disinterested look on his face as he looked the other up and down. "Do not call me that." he sneered, rolling his eyes. "No I have not, maybe you should keep a closer eye on your sister next time."
open — for all
The ground beneath her was swaying, or was that all her? Frankie could swear, the world was spinning on its axis going a billion hours per mile, or maybe that was just her head — drunk on some random girl's taste and the finest tequila in Port Liery. She was hogging up the lounge, in one of the private rooms with a woman on her lap — bloody and messy, there for her to enjoy and then toss aside.
Someone rattled the doorknob and barged in, looking stunned and mortified. As a daydrunk suburban mom once said, "Surprise!"
The door slammed shut with the speed of a thousand fucking laser blades, and she dropped the body to the floor with a loud thump. Bored of the whole shebang already.
That was the thing with her, she needed to move, on to new, shinier things. New, shiny faces waiting for her in the mess of bodies swaying in the middle of the club. She moved closer to a group of three, all toothy grin and an accent that got only thicker, when she was high.
"Seen my sister anywhere, babe? Blonde, french, there’s a stick up her ass, that's like sticking out, not too much but you can, like — see the end of it—"

— Min-Jun Gwon has been living in Port Leiry for ONE WEEK. They currently work as NOTHING YET, and are 30 years old. No one is sure if they’re actually a WEREWOLF or if they’re connected to NO PACK YET. They tend to be quite JUDGEMENTAL and PRETENTIOUS, but can also be MATURE and INDEPENDENT.—

Name: Min-Jun "MJ" Gwon Occupation: currently unemployed Age: 30 Sexuality: closeted homosexual Species: werewolf Clan/Pack/Coven?: none Hometown: Seoul, South Korea Relationship Status: single Personality Traits: independent, mature,
Biography -
Min-Jun goes by the nickname MJ in America (even though his name is easy to pronounce, he feels a deep need to fit in)
MJ used to be part of the same pack as August Choi
He feels a deep need to succeed in life, being an alpha, marrying the right woman, etc. in order to compensate for his homosexuality
MJ is deep inside the closet, having never even kissed someone of the same sex, as he was terrified of his parents finding out
He was raised extremely strict, with his parents having planned out his entire life for him, forcing him to focus on studies he did not want to do in order to become exactly what they wanted him to
He initially befriended August, because August was set to be the next alpha, feeling like he needed to be close to him in order to become their right-hand and show his parents he's a leader of sorts
However he realized he actually liked hanging out with August, even though he wasn't 100% himself with him, he at least acted slightly more like how he truly is
His entire plan failed when August left the pack, losing his only actual friend in the pack was difficult for him, but he decided to try and focus on becoming the new alpha
He failed spectacularly, barely escaping alive out of the altercation, he was shamed by his parents for even attempting.
In an act of desperation MJ decided to flee to America and start anew, telling himself that once there he would let himself be an out-and-proud homosexual, even though he knows the chances are slim that he will allow himself to fully open up
MJ acts tough, acts like an asshole who thinks he is better than everyone and will lash out over nothing. He does all this to hide that he is scared, scared of where his life is heading, scared that he will never be able to feel any love or receive any true love
Wanted Plots -
friend(s) - someone he can relax a bit around. He probably won't be 100% himself around this person but he will be a bit more honest
the one to make him smile - the one person he can actually be himself around. The person he can admit everything to and truly let the mask drop

Location: the park Status: open
For the first time in a while, Mauro had some actual free time. No work, no band, so he decided to give himself some well deserved rest. Going for a stroll around the park, settling himself on a bench and enjoying the sun on his skin.
It wasn't long before someone joined him on the bench, he smiled as he looked over at the other. "Hello." he politely said, giving them a nod. "Pleasant day isn't it?" he questioned, feeling particularly social today. "Sorry, I haven't had a day off in a while-- so I'm feeling particularly social, if you mind you can just tell me to shut up."

"Burning question huh?" he Belgian began his answer, giving her a light chuckle as he nodded. "Let's see-- well it depends..." he started, sitting up a bit straighter as he thought of how to explain his answer. "You see-- where I'm from the beaches are-- not my cup of tea. It's-- gross in my opinion. However the beaches here are-- different, they tend to be more-- clean looking if that makes sense, which makes me definitely more excited to go-- so-- depends on where, but here they are not overrated."

𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 — queens gardens.
“i have a burning question for you…” the blonde began, her head turning towards the person on the park bench beside her. “do you think beaches are overrated? controversial, i know, but i’m trying to settle an argument with a friend who is outright claiming they are, and personally i find it incredibly offensive, so i have no choice but to desperately gather outside opinions.”

Mauro adored dogs, the bigger the better, so seeing this big fluffy dog run around chasing birds absolutely made him smile. He chuckled lightly as he heard someone yell to stop the dog. "Come here bud--" he said, taking a stance to catch it, and luckily managing to do so. "Oh there you go-- good doggy." he smiled as he grabbed the leash, giving the dog a quick pat on the head before encouraging them to walk with him back to the person who'd just called for the dog to stop. "You okay?"
Location: Park Status: OPEN
Anastasia was both house and dog sitting for the week. Her friend having to go out of the city on a business trip. Did she have any experience with dogs? No. But was she going to turn down a friend in need? No. Hence why she was at the park, walking the dog along one of the winding paths.
What started out as a beautiful and serene walk, turned into a nightmare all because of a ballsy bird. The little guy deciding to be brave and flying almost right at Anastasia, who screamed and flailed and dropped the leash. Now, the big golden retriever was running after one of the bird's cohorts, and the petite strawberry blonde was chasing after Buddy.
“Stop that dog!” She bellowed out, her hands acting as a megaphone over her mouth once she made eye contact with the person. Her pace not letting up, even with her locks going wild in the air around her.

Mauro had been roped into going to the tavern with some coworkers after work, not that he minded too much, being social after a busy day usually helped him relax. However most of his coworkers had either already left, or spotted other familiar faces. Leaving him on his own. He decided to at least finish his drink before heading home.
He looked over at the blonde as he heard her speak, smiling at the accent. "I'm not one to judge." the Belgian said, smiling. "Damn... rough night?" he asked. "I could probably use a shot or -- five myself so."
Location: Tavern Status: OPEN
The blonde sighed, looking at her phone in frustration. It had to be upwards, maybe to the millionth time the blue light hooked on her features and annoyance glimmered in her irises. Why did I let her rope me into this? Dating wasn't Nirvana's thing. The blonde would rather be buried in 10 ft. of paperwork before going on a blind date.
Hence the set up; The good 'ole bait and switch. Her friend getting some mysterious call of an emergency that now left the blonde to her so-called friend's devices. Now some man was on his way. At least, that's what the message said in white and blue. But, if she genuinely hated the idea - why hasn't she left yet?
As the bartender seemed to be coming in her direction, she waved him down. That was when she noticed the other has been beside her for what seemed to be all night in Hell. The one who probably knows exactly how many shots she's had already. "Promise not to judge me." It was velvet due to her English accent, her smile marking her cleverness as the elegance of her hand wave was added with, "Double." The shot lasting about .2 seconds on the bar before being dropped down the hatch in a singular fluid motion.

Aksel looked over their shoulder for a second to look at the other, letting out a soft chuckle. It was always fun to have new customers come in. "We have a truly awesome welcoming committee I know, though this is the small one, we have more cats in the back that are currently napping so don't worry you will have part two in a couple of minutes." they chuckled. "We've been open for a while yes, I think we're coming up to-- two years now?" Aksel questioned themselves. "Anyway, welcome to Meowtown, and hopefully the cats and I can pursued you to become a regular."

there was a light purring in the corner that had luke's attention when he stepped foot into the threshold of the shop. the call of the worker had his rounded, adoring eyes lifting toward the back but quickly they fell to the ground where a smoky fur pressed up against his ankles. taking the seat beside him, he beamed at the little feline while his fingers scratched behind the ear of the friendly cat. "oh ━ yes, i'm sorry," he apologized, giving a crooked smile when he looked up from where the cat nudged his pant legs, "i haven't been before. i ━ i actually had no idea this place was here. you guys have a killer welcoming committee. have you all been open long?" he questioned, nodding toward the menu as he did.

"Google could be helpful-- or you know look for people with experience. Nobody on your-- team or whatever that can help you along?" Aksel questioned, looking over at the other. They let out a chuckle at the others statement, nodding. "Hm I get that-- if public speaking isn't your thing-- why'd you say yes? I always say no, I will not be caught dead talking to children about important stuff."
"I don't know! I mean I'm asking just about everyone that I can ask," He shrugged. "You sound like me though. Having to stand in front of them I just feel like I'm going to stumble over my words and make a total fool of me...and probably lose some fans because of how dorky I am."

"You can pay for something else then. Like our next coffee some other time." Aksel smiled. "I don't see it as taking advantage, you're my friend, I like doing things for you." they chuckled, shaking their head. "Pretty much the same-- oh! I'm talking to the local shelter to replace my cats with shelters cats at the café! So they hopefully can be adopted sooner, we're also thinking of doing themed nights or something to get more people in and hopefully get more cats adopted. Love life is as dead as it has been, haven't even found a good hook up lately."
"I'm sorry!" Rasha apologized to them through a laugh, "I swear I'll pay you back or owe you, I'd never take advantage of you like that." She had always been good at paying people back because she thought it was the honest thing to do. "But yes, please." She smiled sweetly as she waited for the other to finish both of their orders. "I've been pretty good, mostly loaded with work but nothing is new there. Love life is still a bust aside from the occasional hook up. How about you?"

Aksel raised their eyebrows at the other, before having a playful frown on their face because of the finger guns. "Cat themed music night-- I like that." they smiled. Spotting the little gray cat slowly making an approach into the quiet room, Aksel got up, intercepting the cat before he could get on the platforms. "Well hello Gandalf, no hurting people today bud." they softly spoke, placing a gentle kiss to the cats forehead before plopping themselves back down on the floor where they had sat before, keeping the cat gently to their chest. "I'd love to have you and your band or any other bands to come play. Sounds like a lot fun!" they smiled. "I do have a tiktok, been thinking of making an account for meowtown for a while now."
sitting cross-legged on the floor, theo couldn't help but laugh as some of the resident cats vied for his attention, too. he scratched a particularly fluffy one under the chin and accepted a head bump from another, though he was keeping an eye on the three he'd brought over. he spun around in place at aksel's words, nodding along with them and pointing a pair of finger guns in their direction. "you know what we should do? cat themed music night. i can play and i could probably pull some strings to get some accompaniment." he was part of a band and he had friends who were musicians outside of electric touch. it shouldn't be a problem. "oh and, do you have a tiktok? because making people cry over animals on there is a great way to get adoptions up."

"Why thank you, and they are, so I guess we'll be seeing a lot of each other then huh." they chuckled warmly. "Well food would be easiest as it is almost feeding time so we'll do that, it's calm here now anyway so I'll help with it." they smiled. "Oh thank you." they smiled, placing their hands on their heart. They loved it when people noticed the joy they took out of this, and the love they have for their cats. "I will never get tired of you, and neither will our cats. Believe me they, and I, much prefer regulars over constant new comers who only come once. Oh god, I honestly had not expected the amount of people who would be willing to adopt a cat after interacting with it here, which is why I'm glad I could potentially work with the shelter." they sighed, nodding their head. "It's mostly funny when I tell them their all mine and people start counting them and look at me as if I'm crazy."
"If that latte or those pancakes are half as delightful as you are we may have a problem because you may not be able to get rid of me in the near future" she jested back, only to nod back to the instructions given to her by the owner "Be careful for treat burglars, got it. I'll have whatever makes your job easiest, either food or treats" the b&b owner enthused, noticing one of the cats approaching them. She reached out and extended her hand, letting the feline smell her hand and rub it's face on her fingertips before scratching it' head tenderly, eyes still focused on the other. "I think the fact that you managed to train them says a lot about you as their human and the level of trust you have with them" Adelaide enthused, smiling down at the cat she was still petting. A chuckle erupted from her lips at their next statement, nodding along with their words. "Oh you can count on me becoming a regular. Pretty soon you'll end up getting tired of the lonely brunette who comes by every week to play with your 10 cats because she misses having cats around in her home at all times. That is a wonderful idea, whatsoever, working with the shelter I mean. I bet people ask every time they come in here if any of them are up for adoption, must be hard seeing their faces when you tell them they are all yours."

"Well sadly I do not have the time to be baking my own sweet treats for the café, nor the energy and I'd rather not be in competition with an absolutely amazing bakery you know?" Aksel smiled. "Coming right up!" they said, disappearing to the back where there was a small kitchen area. Finishing the pancakes and latte they brought it over to the table. "Hope you enjoy."
"Ooh, the bakery is a favourite of mine, I didn't realise they worked with other businesses." Anna said her eyes scrolling over the menu. "I'll trust your basicness then. A latte and pancakes please."
