To be or not to be entitled. Alright, I get it. You think that just because someone broke the rules, not everyone should have to suffer. I understand that point of view and at times, I myself am that way. Limited downloads are shitty at times, especially if the model is something you absolutely need. But the fact of the matter is, you are not the one who has to deal with the constant harassment from mmders who just simply do not give two shits about your feelings or how much time and effort you’ve put into a model. Sure, it’s annoying, but you don’t know them and people handle stresses differently. If you’re so mad about someone taking down a download, ask politely via note. If they don’t give it to you, tough luck and move on.

This is primarily difficult for model makers who have pushed years upon years of work and dedication into being able to make something viable to be downloaded by you. It is a damn fucking gift that they are considerate enough to give you something in which you are too damn entitled to understand. A modeler’s work is their lifeline. It’s their blood. It’s a piece of their being. They spent a shit ton of time to make you something for FREE and you spit on them for it. For an example; the models made by Charii are probably one of the best on the market. And you wanna know how much that costed you to get it? Nothing. You didn’t have to pay a single penny, unless you’re idiotic enough to count your internet bill. I’m pretty fucking sure you’d be pissed if you made something to the level of Charii’s work and it was blatantly stolen, ripped apart and destroyed by the kiddies of the MMDC. We are already distrusted enough, do we really need more people hating this community? Are you really that filthy of a human being?  We aren’t over-reacting when we do our best to see the good in the community and it’s soiled. It’s tough enough that if you try to tell certain mmders that they aren’t allowed to do this and that, that they do the extreme and say ‘fuck you’ and block you. But it’s another thing to be insulted and belittled just because we decided we wanted to distribute our work between close friends or take down our work entirely. It is so. Messed. Up. Lets bring up SALangley and how he said it was a ‘Waste of a model’ because SR wouldn’t give out her model that she worked on and poured her soul into. He then said that he wanted her to delete her content because he’d downloaded all of it anyway as well as the things on her hard drive. Maybe this is why users are taking down their downloads? Maybe this is why the MMDC is so distrusted? Because it’s full of underage assholes who know not how to be considerate on the internet. And sure. This is the internet, where people pirate and download content all the time. But if you download a song and you get caught, you can be fined or even jailed. Do you really want that? My advice is, stop being a prick and try building up the community instead of tear it down. -Mod Lat

I guess you could call this a callout post. Since I don’t have the energy nor the time to fly off to the callout blog, I’ll simply reblog this post when I get the chance- or have 3DCG do it. Anyway, here we go. Jadedalicorn- also known as Mikupirate, silverunicornprinces (banned for harrassment), and others that were banned as well apparently. They have been on the MMDC’s radar for a while now, knowing where they came from and how they play along with words. For an example, in one of their vocabulary choices seems to be ‘rape’, as they throw it around like candy on Halloween when talking about model parts being ripped from models. Let me break it down. Rape. 

When an individual is sexually violated via penetration by penis or other object (I.E, dildo, fingers, rod of some sort, tongue, ect.) without the consent. This could be where the victim is drugged, forced or gives consent on false pretenses. (Such as, you say you are going to die and want to have sex, but you lied.) Now that we have that out of the way, in what way is taking parts from an inanimate object rape? Is it rape when someone uses a dildo? Oh no, did I rape my vibrator? Of course not, that’s silly. The model is not a living and breathing human being (or an animal of any sort), therefore it is not rape. Perhaps against the rules- but if the model isn’t copyrighted, it isn’t illegal to rip said model. So basically, if you rip from a model “”illegally””, you aren’t really breaking the law. You’re just being a douche (unless you use it for private purposes and don’t give it out.). Jadedalicorn is simply another damesukekun, despite how much they say they hate them. With the way they act, they’re almost worse. 

silverunicornprinces, MikuPirate and Jadedalicorn all have the same personality and typing style. I believe it was even confirmed they were all the same people as well, and it’s quite hilarious how they try to refuse it when MikuPirate and Silver both had similar mmd styles (crappy,) and when Jadedalicorn came along, it was a carbon copy. There was no denying it.

This isn’t a full post, but the most I can think of at the moment. I’ll type more when I think of it. -Mod Cho

Cirthiel

This one was supposed to be done weeks ago now, then I was prompted by a friend on Skype to write it and I remembered my plan to write in the first place.

Cirthiel is a French user in the MMDC. His username comes from his OC, I think? Or maybe his OC’s name comes from his username? I don’t know. What I do know, however, is that this user has used their OC in some pretty fucked ways.

Let’s start with some background, shall we? “Cirthiel Leonhart” is a 12 year old Attack on Titan OC. His mother is Annie Leonhart and his father is Levi. He is a human titan and has problems with his bones apparently. He’s also specifically marked as gay, though he’s only 12. Did I mention he’s 12? Let’s not forget that for the next part.

With any fandom come OCs, of course. Some OCs and good, some are just awful. This one is certainly not good. The model is a shrunken Levi model with a Tda-style face for “kawaiiness”, so already we’ve got a boring backstory and a boring design. The kicker though?

This character, who is 12 might I remind you, is (or maybe now was) frequently used for porn. Really gross porn, too. The type of stuff that is not only against DeviantArt rules, but is also fucking illegal. Full-on porn with Eren (fellatio), soft-core porn with some guy named Mike (I never finished this show and IDK who the fuck Mike is), a “Sexy Cirthiel” picture that looks like it’s meant to be censored at a glance but isn’t really censored at all upon further inspection, as well as others. Bad shit, that’s some bad shit right there. As of a few weeks ago, the deviations of such content were reported and completely removed from the profile, but while things were removed that doesn’t mean they didn’t happen. Hell, this user even tried arguing with other users when confronted about how to content isn’t acceptable for DeviantArt. I’m not even certain if I remember what they tried saying to argue, I just remember it being utterly pointless.

Welcome to the hell side of MMD. Angelbunnymiki, full of the biggest drama. Uses her fake disability to get away with a lot of things.  Based on her old DA and seeing some of her old journals. I saw one of them where she cried like a pitiful baby when one of her friends left for 1 day to get ready for college.
