- Did you eat three meals today, pumpkin? If not, it’s very important to go make a meal! Mama knows it might be hard for a variety of reasons, but I know you can make mama proud, okay? You got this, baby. 🍓

- Brush your teeth if you haven’t today, sweet pea! I know it can be a bit tough lovebug, but try doing something to make it a bit more fun. Listen to music or watch some toons! It also might help to get some yummy-tasting toothpaste so it doesn’t feel as icky, munchkin. 🪥

- Hydrated? And no, not just with juice or coffee, silly. Water! Mama knows it can seem icky, but it’s important for your health, little love. Add some ice if you can and it can make it not taste as icky, cutie pie. 🍼

- When was the last time you got some sunshine, angel? Mama thinks it’s time for you to go outside. Just a moment in the sun is okay, lovebug. I’ll still be just as proud, baby. ☀️

- Mama understands that sometimes taking a shower can seem too overwhelming, little one. While that’s always the best option, just try to change into clean clothes and use deodorant as an alternative. You can also use dry shampoo for your hair, bug! 🧴

- If you take meds, you need to take those today angel. Mama knows you can do this- and of course, I’m so proud of you, pumpkin. 💊

if you’re irl,, this is easier since you can help them brush their teeth or help change your little into pjs,, but if you’re long distance you can still help out ! giving your little reminders on when to brush their teeth, drink water, and do other things is a great help and motivation to take care of ourselves !

telling them that you think they did such a good job and that you’re so proud of them always makes a little squeal with joy !

꒰ 🩰 ꒱ have them introduce you to their stuffies !

i lav doing this one with my cg whenever i get a new one ^_^ he likes to know all about them ! ask for their names,, how long your little has had them for,, and what their stuffie likes !
