Ok but can we talk about how none of the female characters were harassed or objectified by any of the male characters and they didn't use romance/sex to move any of the story along?!?!?! BECAUSE THAT IS SO GREAT!!!! And even looking back at Godzilla, the female characters were strong and the intimacies were between spouses to enhance the family aspect of the plot. These writers and directors can have all my money if they keep making films like this, I am over the moon.
