hi! posts like this are incredibly hard. i have severe anxiety, depression, & unspecified personality disorder — with bouts of paranoia at night. i have talked to my therapist about getting an ESA... & she agrees it would be extremely beneficial for me to have one. 

however, the letter certifying my future pet alone will cost 150$. so i am fundraising so i can get the letter so that my apartment complex won’t kick me or the doggo out.

[ STEADY ]: sender gently catches and guides the emotionally distressed receiver against a wall in order to physically steady them.

               the kids.    it’s all she can think about.    &    if jim wasn’t here right now      ---     if it was another one of the long days she’d had without him     ---    then she’d be resigned to just break down into tears by herself.    joyce had grown used to letting her weak knees hit the floor.   to letting a good cry over take her.    after all, everyone she’s tried to love   …     they’ve left her there.   even sam went & died on her,    &    god, it sounds selfish to say it like that. 

              but she’s not alone.    not anymore.

              hopper’s hands are gentle as he catches her long before she can hit the floor.    he pushes her toward the wall where he keeps her upright.    joyce!   joyce, it’s okay.    they’ll be okay.    we’re coming.     she doesn’t know how much of that hopper believes   …    but he must believe some of it.    her breaths come out labored for a moment   …    before her hand finds his.    her hands are small compared to his,   &   it grounds her.

              joyce’s head falls against his chest.     for a moment, that’s all she can do.     take deep breaths while listening to the soft beating of his heart.     “    when did you become the wise one?    ”     she finally breathes out.

yeah, i… i have no defence nor explanation for this. i think we all deserve this kind of content tho?? so here u go, spoon pals! these can be platonic or romantic or anything at all! to be fair though, you might want to specify whether you (the sender) are taking the role of a big spoon or a little spoon. like, i’m confident i’ve worded them a certain way to make it clear, but like, i’m only one person?? who’s to say you can’t do some of these as both a little AND a big spoon?? anyway, you know the drill, DO NOT ADD TO THIS LIST!
