March 1, 2005: The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie (2004) is released on DVD and VHS.
This is the last animated Nickelodeon film released on VHS and it is the only SpongeBob film released on the format.
In addition to the main feature, the DVD also includes special features including animatics, behind the scenes documentaries and featurettes, and more.
