I feel like shit. I can't keep living where I live, but I can't afford to move out. My Sil and sis are wanting to look into apartments, but I don't. Our plan was to move in together, but my mother is pushing my Sil and sis more and more, and they are trying to plan for the end of June/July, while the original plan was for August.

I don't know what to do anymore. I haven't known what to do to begin with. But everyone looks at me like I have a plan all the time, but I don't. I don't even know what to do to get a house, because everyone I've ever asked either doesn't answer me, or gives me vague answers and refuse to elaborate.

I was going to get a second job, something part time, just to help a little, but I don't know if I can handle it at this time, because I already work forty hours a week, and I get three days off.

My sleeping meds look so fucking tempting right now.

Listen. I'll sit here and praise MK1 for everything it has done for actually doing something with Mileena, Ashrah, Reptile/Syzoth, and Baraka all day. Because it is amazing, especially for Baraka, to become a character instead of just... Shao Kahn's lackey.

However, I will never forgive it for what it did to Hanzo Hasashi/Scorpion. To make Kuai Scorpion? Really? Wasn't Kuai Tundra before he took up the moniker Sub-Zero because Scorpion killed Bi-Han, which resulted in the creation of Noob Saibot?

I do know there is an ending (I believe it's Harumi's) that features Hanzo as a child (not hers, just a student), and she's married to Kuai. Maybe they plan on him being in the next game and he gains the moniker from Kuai, but like.... I'm not sure how much I like it.

It still looks like a good game, and I'm interested in where they plan to go with it though.

To give a little more context for the last post I made of Baraka and Kostas, I was tired when I wrote it, but

This Kostas, is before the time split. So pre-MK1. They are massive. Motaro stands about 9' and probably close to 1,800lbs, and he's the only Centaurian that we actually meet in the original timeline. So Kostas, in this universe, is about 11' and is probably closer to 2,000lbs.

Now this Kostas is post time split, and within the universe of MK1. They are shorter, standing closer to about 9', but weighs close to 1,700. Tarkata has caused them to lose some of their total mass, both muscle and fat, so that number does drop over time.

Anyways, that's Kostas for now.

I'm just imagining Baraka and Kostas having to put on magical disguises to blend in with humans temporarily, and like, Kostas is struggling walking on two legs because they're use to walking on four. So Baraka helps them walk around, letting them grip his shoulder and walks very slowly to help them settle into two legs.

Anytime someone tries to comment or joke about it, they are greeted by a snarling and glaring Tarkatan. Baraka is very patient with Kostas, but he's not patient towards those who try to cause his partner issues. This causes tension in any room that Kostas and Baraka enter, especially if Kostas is practicing to walk in their human form.

Hanzo is the only human that Baraka has a full respectful attitude towards. So Baraka will take Kostas to the Shirai Ryu village, not only to help them walk better, but to also avoid unnecessary fights in the HQ.

Kostas has always been too heavy and large to come inside the Shirai Ryu homes, so Hanzo has had the homes in the village fortified in order to allow their guests inside more comfortably. However, in the human form, Kostas has toes and walks like a foal, feeling everything on their feet, but still stumbling around. The sand, wood, dirt, and plants. Even the bed and blankets feel strange. They get to sleep in a human bed! And it's so comfortable to sleep, cuddled up to Baraka. They sleep a lot though in human form, because humans need to sleep more frequently than Centaurians.

And the bathhouses in the Shirai Ryu base are amazing to them. They've never bathed like that before, because of their size, but Baraka and Hanzo make sure that they are comfortable in the water. They also can't swim very well, but Baraka can hold them while in the water and prevents them from going too deep accidentally.

Favorite crack ship with Gabriel. Mathias has the cocky arrogance to him, while he has scary dog privilege with Gabriel standing behind him. When in reality, Gabriel is just nervous and is using Mathias as his social barrier.

Oh, they're both switches, but Mathias takes the dominant role most of the time 😏

They admire each other greatly, but for different reasons, like Mathias admires Gabriel's strength and devotion, while Gabriel admires Mathias' wit and intelligence.

It only gets better when they are both turned.

10/10 they should meet in Canon.
