^This is Li Gang. Basically Mei Changsu’s right hand guy. Doing so much, all the time. The alliance spans 14 territories and there’s household matters on top of that. Get him a coffee, stat.

^This is Zhen Ping, left hand guy. Also a martial arts expert, who wishes he’d thought of a cool superhero name to name drop after beating up a guy or six.

This is Doctor Yan. Cranky but justified as he’s got the world’s most difficult patient. He deserves a huge raise and a vacation somewhere tropical. Does not like being yeeted into the air.

^This is Tong Lu (left). He’s gathering and passing lots of information by working as a vegetable/fruit seller in disguise. Has, unfortunately, terrible taste in women. Poor guy.

^This is Sir Shisan (right), head of thier spy network - Gong Yu and Tong Lu both report to him. His cover is running the entertainment house Miaoyin Court, and he is a composer of music.

^Last but not least, although I dont remember her appearance on screen, Auntie Ji keeps all these guys very well fed. Everyone say thank you Auntie!!!

I organized a 'Broken Tablet' event based on 'The Locked Tomb' with my friends! 'Broken Tablet' is a game where one artist draws an artwork, then blurs it and sends the blurred image to the next artist, who draws what they see. And here’s what we’ve got!

something i wish i'd see more in trigun fanarts is people having vash speak their native/non-english languages completely unprompted, ive seen folks have him speak french, which he canonically knows, but i really do believe he's a polyglot. mostly because of that one time in the desert when he saw the samurai and wanted to greet him in japanese but struggled to remember how to even say hello.

my headcanon is that rem had them learn as many languages as possible but with the big fall and so many people dying, which i think is what led english to became No man's land main (or even only?) language, means that vash (and knives!) both got horribly out of practice and are various sort of rusty in every others languages.

what im saying if there's any pun or joke you've been dying to write but just doesn't work in english vash (and knives!!) are right there!

'Tis the season, have some fluff. Lilac blossoms are the national emblem of the Kishan empire, Ren'i's home country, so naturally I like to draw them a lot with these two. It's partially symbolic, partially just a celebration of my favourite flower. I wish the blooming season lasted longer.
