Have you ice cream yet? 🍦🍦 One of my fav sounds as a kid was this"ba-bu" sounds from the ice cream man. The ice cream was sold by a man on his bike, from alley to alley. The only thing is you would have to run fast enough or yell to catch his attention, otherwise he would truck along and keep paddling. I was chatting with my grandma recently and found out the man who sold the maltose in my hometown were the exact same man who sold ice cream in the summer!! All those years, how could I not even notice that simple fact?! I must be blinded by the beauty of the food. As I was working on this piece, I got a postcard from my friend, Yun in Germany. The bike!
