About 10 years ago my Grammy bought Fran Wilson’s MOODMatcher lipstick – one for me, one for her and a couple extras to pass around. We thought it was just the wildest thing (I was 13 at the time and being allowed to wear any sort of lipstick was the wildest thing). The stick is green but when it hits your lips it changes to a purple/burgundy-ish colour.

It last for ages too. We put it on yesterday morning after breakfast and it lasted through lunch all the way to dinner without having to re-apply. It goes on super lightweight and feels more like a balm than a lipstick. Could I be more of a fan? Maybe – we found these ones (after not finding them for a decade) at Pharmasave in Qualicum Beach, British Columbia for $3.99.
