At the house Mary fumbles with the lock she keeps wiping the tears out her eyes and the sweat off her brow Mary feels her heart stop when she hears a scream “MOMMY” her daughter a light skin curly hair in a dress comes running from the pasture Mary can’t even register before Helina pounces on her, the seven year old snuggles into any piece of skin she finds Mary stumbles but catches herself

Mary shakily wraps her arms around Her daughter “M-mommy missed y-you so much” Mary manages to get out Annie smiles softly at the scene “Baby mommy’s gonna take you back to Mississippi with her pack a bag pack two” Mary wipes her tears Helina scrambles to run in house “she loves me” Mary smiles through her tears.
